The beautiful 18th century neighborhood is secluded but still in the middle of Härnösand city center. Although it's just a few steps to downtown with restaurants and shops, there's a serene atmosphere. The home is also suitable for families with children. In the room, there is Lego to play with. Nearby is swimming pool with spa, playground, and Technichus (adventure house for children and young people).

Welcome to our home! We offer a bright and airy apartment in the center of Härnösand in the picturesque district of Östanbäcken. The apartment has two rooms, one bedroom and one living room (total 59 sqm) and it is located on the second floor of our courtyard house. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and in the living room, there is a day bed that can be transformed into a double bed. Unfortunately, there is no door to the living room, but we have put up a curtain that can be drawn. Parking is just outside.

It is possible to park a car in the yard completely free of charge if it is available. Must be booked in advance. One bedroom and a living room with sofa bed and bunk bed. The house is one of the oldest in Härnösand, it was built in 1841, but is tastefully renovated! Everything in the kitchen is available! The apartment is renovated January 2021!

Here you find a spacious apartment with 5 minutes with car to both Sundsvall and Timrå and only 20 min walk to the big shopping center Birsta City with IKEA, Media Markt etc. When you go outside the door you have a 30x15 m where you are ou are welcome to play or have a bbq. There are also black-currant and gooseberry bushes free four eating. On the other side of the house there is shared parking for about six cars and 20 meter from the road too Birsta and route E4.
