Welcome to this semi-detached house built in 2020 located on Klockarfjäll/Vemdalskalet. The house has good common areas where you can socialize. Windows and large balcony in southwest location overlooking the mountains where the sun shines from lunch to late afternoon/evening. The house is 60 sqm and has the amenities you could wish for with modern decor, sauna and fireplace. Activities are available outside the door, sledding hill, 3 minutes to the ski slope and to cross-country ski trails and 5-minute walk to après ski/restaurants in Skalpasset.

In our cozy cottage, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Lofsfjällen mountains while the fire crackles in the background. The cottage is modern, newly renovated, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. There are three bedrooms, a large living room with an open floor plan towards the fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a relaxation area. Suitable for larger as well as smaller groups, your four-legged friends are of course welcome! The cottage is directly adjacent to magical cross-country ski trails and hiking trails.

Put on your cross-country skis and glide out on the illuminated cross-country trail behind the lodge. It is also close to the ski resort, snowmobile trails, MTB and downhill trails, hiking trails and walking distance to the village's restaurants and all the services you need. The ski resort can be reached by car in about 3 minutes. Also close enough to walk there.

Under sommar, vår och höst är vandring, cykling, fiske och golf perfekt att utöva medan vintersäsongen med fördel kan ägnas åt skidåkning, i närbelägna Idre Fjäll / Himmelfjäll! A semi-detached house nearby Fulufjället Nationalpark and Swedens highest waterfall, Njupeskär. On the winter you can drive to Idre mountain for skiing, downhill or cross country. There are also cross-country skiing in the same area as the house and also trails for snowmobile. On the summer you have hiking trails or mayby you want to fish. There is a lot of different lakes and rivers for fishing. We are providing wood for the stove. A grillhouse is situated in the village area.

Outdoor, adventure, wellness in Sweden

This house is fun for the whole family. A spacious house in the Swedish style. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2023. The sauna can of course also be used. Snowmobiles, ATV and boat can be rented separately. A campfire and grill are available. The large property offers plenty of space for discovery tours in the forest or the paths. For us, it is a wonderful place to find both peace and adventure. Of course, it is possible to see the Northern Lights!
