Excellent place to stay, very centrally located with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and sightseeing. The apartment is exactly as described and everything works well. The neighbours can be a bit loud so if you are a light sleeper, earplugs would be worth bringing. Younes is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I thank my brother Nabil for the good reception, smile, clean apartment and the master room is air-conditioned. I spent 6 days in this apartment and I will book again when I visit Rabat. The neighborhood is quiet and has all the facilities from Morjan Hypermarket, which is about five minutes on foot, and there is a small Carrefour, restaurants, cafes, laundry, banks and much more... etc. Thank you, brother Nabil

Badr is a lively, pleasant and very courteous person who wanted to welcome us in person and explain the different services offered by the apartment but also the surroundings. The area is clean and very quiet, close to a beach. There are restaurants as well as a supermarket nearby. The apartment is as described, modern, spacious and tidy, you are very comfortable, elevator and garage in addition. Badr is very accommodating, he was flexible for the checkout time. Also, the city of Rabat is peaceful and very clean. I would highly recommend staying at Badr's. Good luck, Badr, and see you soon 😊

Perfect apartment for a stay in Rabat. Extremely close to the Agdal train station and there are lots of cafés and shops nearby. Communication with Ayoub was seamless and he was always super helpful. Looking forward to stay at his place once again!

Soufiane is an amazing host. He is communicative, and very attentive. He greated us on arrival with tea and biscuits. He helped us with recommendations, and even helped us with other things we were struggling with. The location of the apartment is also really nice, the rooftop is beautiful. Everything is clean and has everything you need in the apartment. We were able to wash out clothes and they were dry by the next day. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I will definitely be back :)

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful accommodation, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The space was perfectly suited for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. The location is ideal: only 15 minutes walk from the train station and in the heart of the medina, with many merchants nearby to prepare delicious breakfasts and meals. Chaimae and her dad welcomed us with great kindness and were very attentive for the duration of our stay. Communication was smooth, fast, and very pleasant. We will definitely come back to Chaimae. We had a great time with the family! 🌞 The location is simply exceptional: a beautiful beach a stone's throw away, breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets. The ambient calm was a real luxury. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and we felt right at home there. Fatna delighted us with her delicious homemade Moroccan dishes, and her son Ismaël was very welcoming and available throughout the stay. Small detail to note: the mattresses are spring-loaded — it may surprise you, but you get used to it pretty quickly😊. We leave with beautiful memories and the desire to come back again. Again, thank you for this beautiful break!

this place was great. spacious, everything you need for cooking in the kitchen, the bed was soft enough but not too soft. we had a little trouble with our search for the building, but we called and Rachid responded immediately, and in hindsight it was pretty easy to find. one thing to keep in mind: the smart tv is a bit slow, but it has a mediabox with lots of stuff, and it works fine from a laptop or chromecast too. i didn't really think it's that big of a problem, but i did get a hdmi cable myself because i wanted to use netflix. all with all, this is a great place to stay, and Rachid is always there to help. communication is top tier.
