Feel at home, stay in this centrally located apartment on the second floor and see it all. This apartment is conveniently situated right off the expressway for quick and simple entry to the Freeway. Our Lady of San Juan Basilica is 5 minutes away. La Plaza Mall in 13 minutes, McAllen International Airport, in 15. 1 hour and 20 minutes to South Padre Island. Enjoy your visit knowing there are many restaurants nearby and a Walmart is only a minute away.

Relax with the family and enjoy a peaceful stay at this location. Plenty of parking space on an 1/2 acre property. Great for family gatherings. Garage not available but house has a carport that fits two vehicles. Water softener system, feel the difference when showering or washing your hands. Just added a beautiful back porch with hanging lights around. Also added 3 farm tables and 20 chairs.
