The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The attic apartment (50 m²) offers an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking. Within walking distance you can reach a large children's playground, a beer garden and in 10 minutes you are in the old town of Wertheim. Supermarkets are a few minutes away by car or bike. The direct location on the Main gives you all the opportunities for fishing, canoeing or swimming. E-bike friendly! Bicycles can be parked and charged in the garage. The garden is available for use.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is located on the edge of Hardheim on a main road, yet not far from numerous hiking and biking trails. The proximity to nature makes the heart of cyclists, mountain bikers (trails about 1.5 km away) and hikers beat faster.
