Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Behind the house is a cozy terrace and a large fenced garden and lawn area. The terraced house, located close to the outskirts, offers excellent opportunities for walkers and cyclists to enjoy nature in a maximum of 5 minutes on beautiful hiking and cycling trails. Nearby supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations offer everything your heart desires.

Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.
