24 m2 balcony sea view studio, in a building with elevator, 2nd floor, one parking space. Sofa bed offering both a sofa during the day and a real double bed (140 X 200) in the evening (new! Installed in September 2024). Kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, combined microwave oven grill, vacuum cleaner, TV and Wi-Fi internet, bathroom with bathtub. 4 min walk to the beach, 2 min to the city center, 3 min to the supermarket and laundromat. Quiet, beautiful view!

Small house close to the city center, beach and hiking, Les Pins golf course, and also Les Dunes golf course, and the equestrian center. House completely renovated!! A garage is at your disposal, as well as 2 bikes, anti-theft devices, and tools for adjustments, and a pump, if you ever need it. And recently, we have made a Tandem available to tenants.

we stayed here whilst house hunting nearby. marie-pierre was the perfect host and our 4 night stay confirmed everything we thought we loved about France. The location is a stones throw from the fairways of les pins golf. You are completely surrounded by huge pines / wildlife and tranquility. it's a brief cycle to the shops and beach front in hardelot (on one of the well maintained bikes that come with the property) le touquet is a little further down the road and offers a little more 'bustle' if that's what youre after. the property itself is immaculate, stylish and well equipped. The pond has newts, toads and fish and adjacent there is cover for your car. although you are next to the hosts property - you have your own space and are not intruded upon. BUT if you need help with anything they're there to assist and will make you feel right at home. highly recommend 👍🏻

The appartement is amazing, stunning views from every window, stylishly decorated and well furnished. The sea is very nearby. The village is small but cosy, and there was a nice market on Sunday. We (a group of six friends) really enjoyed our stay.

The very clean apartment is very well decorated and equipped. it is ideally located facing the sea. the view is magnificent especially for watching the sunset!Clémence is a considerate host and responsive. We had a great stay and will be back with great pleasure.
