Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Harborne

The Lofthouse was perfect for two - plenty of space for a short-medium term stay, well equipped and beautifully furnished. I loved having breakfast on the sunny balcony (sunny for most of the day with beautiful countryside views), and the toiletries provided smelled amazing. We also appreciated the fresh milk, soft drinks and laundry/dishwasher tablets in our welcome pack. We are hoping to return regularly when we visit family based nearby.

Very clean and relaxing apartment. I and my family felt at home. My kids had loads of toys to play with. Tim was friendly and very supportive.

Jack's place was perfect for us, had all the basic things we needed and was a great location.

Excellent apartment. Just what I needed for a 4-match at Edgbaston v Sussex cricket. Spotlessly clean and all you could wish for.

Stayed overnight with 2 friends to visit the BP Pulse venue. Easily big enough for 3 . Really easy to find from New Street Station ( less than 10 mins walk) and regular trains to Birmingham International which serves the venue. Toiletries and tea/ coffee sachets provided and a bottle of wine too! Large Tesco Express a few mins walk away for supplies and kitchen well equipped. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable comfcomfortabcomfyus

The apartment was as described, a fabulous place in a fantastic location. The free, safe parking was amazing to have. Only a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants and the Utilita arena.. The only little thing I would say is having to pick the keys up and drop them back off at a local garage is a slight pain. You have to get the keys back to the garage by 11 so check out is earlier not at 11. I also paid an extra £15 to check in at 3pm which I’m not sure why? But I would definitely stay again in spite of this!

We were very happy to stay here with our two young kids! The space was comfortable, spacious and perfect for us. Very communicative host who was always responsive to our queries before and during our stay. Would recommend

Great stay. Apartment is as per description. I used it for work purposes and had great facilities for that. Clean and organised but there are also great little touches such as adaptors for charging cables, bathroom amenities. Definitely worth the money and will be my choice again when I come back to Birmingham for work.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It looks exactly like the photos—beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer (though we didn’t get a chance to use them). The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well each night. The gated parking was a huge plus and made things very convenient. Communication with our host, Adam, was excellent. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions—with clear photos and a helpful video—made everything super easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place—we’d happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Beech House. It is one of the most beautiful houses I have ever stayed in, and is in beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

Paul was a lovely a host and very responsive. When there were some issues with the hot water and laundry machine he came and fixed them immediately or gave me a quick turn around time. Great location - in city centre

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.
