Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Hang Dong District

For those planning to stay, take note that the room is on 3rd floor, and you'll go up by stairs. I was given the room on the left at first. The room itself is basic, and I have no problem with it, except the AC was not cool enough and the mattress is pretty hard for me, I can hardly get a good sleep. So I tried to speak up to Chaleaf since I will be staying for almost 12 days, and he's been very helpful. I was then moved to the second room, the one on the right side, and have no problems since. Location wise, I like it since 7-11 is very close by. Also there are some night markets nearby, like 10-15 mins by walking. Or if you prefer to go a bit further, Grab or Bolt is very easy to book also. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Very friendly and lovely people! Room was clean and comfortable.

As usual, had a good rest away from the noise. It’s generally quiet in the neighborhood, occasionally on holidays there could be noise from people celebrating in the evening but it’s far enough away. Since it’s so quiet, it’s easy to hear if somebody is noisy in an adjacent room or the corridor, but I stayed here multiple times and it was only a problem one night when some guests returned from partying after midnight (luckily, they went to sleep quickly). It’s also nice that the outside A/C unit doesn’t make much noise when you’re using it. Sometimes you can hear birdsong. Thanks to the hosts for safely keeping my luggage while I’m away. Thanks to spacious cozy rooms and convenient location I’d say it’s suitable for moderately long stays (like a week). First floor rooms seem to have the same layout and are consistently prepared, no surprises if you need to move to another room or stay another time.

Free motorcycles make the listing very cost-effective.It is about 15 minutes from Tha Pae Gate and some central areas.The host's mother and another lady run this homestay, they are very friendly, although the language is a little incomprehensible.They even gave us handmade food, thank you so much. The only disadvantage is that the wifi signal is sometimes unstable, and the door occasionally disconnects after 8pm, requiring a call to the host's mother to open the door. Fortunately, we came back early, otherwise it would be very embarrassing. I hope the host can solve this problem. Sorry we didn't say goodbye when we left because we were catching an early flight, hope to see you again :)

Dining out each evening was a delight, with new flavors just steps away. The consistently high-quality food and the convenience of so many choices nearby were major highlights. For accommodation that blends prime location with a top-notch culinary experience, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing week stay! Place was very clean and simple, and everyone in the building was great! Flexible check out, and very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is super good value for money. The room is spacious and homely, good work set up for digital nomads and close to restaurants and 7/11. Hosts are super responsive. The room is on a main road so can be a little noisy at night but the host provides earplugs.

Through my years of staying in numerous cities and countries with Airbnb, I have been fortunate to have wonderful apartments and exceptional hosts. My experience in Chiang Mai, with Walter and Ohm might have been the best of them all! Situated between the Old City and the very modern neighborhood of Nimman, the location was superb. The apartment was clean, comfortable and just as advertised. I could not have been happier. It was the personal touches provided by Walter and Ohm, however, that put this stay at the top. That included pickup and drop off at the airport. There was also weekly cleaning of the apartment, which was deeply appreciated. Communication was sensational, as any question that I had was answered quickly and information was often provided, even before I knew that I needed it! By the time I left, I felt as though I had gained two friends for life. Anyone visiting Chiang Mai should absolutely consider staying with Walter and Ohm!

Great studio in the middle of nature but yet so close to many cafe and restaurants. I stays in 2 differents studios and both are new with comfy bed. Definitely recommend it

Her local knowledge is such a great resource for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. The venue itself is in a quiet location and yet so accessible to the highlights of Nimman, Old City, Suthep and more. I stayed in this apartment for a month last year. When I went back to Chiang Mai this year, I didn't recognize the accommodation at all. Because there's Walter and Om's apartment! It was still a comfortable apartment. Even with the unexpected blackout, he continued to explain the situation going forward, and he answered our questions very quickly and resolved them. The location of the accommodation is also very important for traveling, but it's so convenient to go anywhere because it's in the middle of Nimmanhaemin, Santitham, and the Old Town. There are restaurants nearby, and a really good massage shop, Cheonji! I had a really happy time for two weeks. Please stay healthy until we meet again next time, Walter and Om!!

Great place, close to the airport and perfect for kate arrival. The address supplied in the listing is wrong and far away from the exact address. if you are using grab or maps search for Duangdren Place. That's the correct location

The place is so clean and tidy. The host responsive, friendly, and helpful. The unit is peaceful, has direct view to the nature, near from fast food place and local restaurants, easy to find, near from mini markets too. Recommend it!

Good check-in experience

Great apartment in my favorite condo. Santitham is a nice local neighborhood with great restaurants, there's an amazing coffee shop in the street (48 city coffee), and everything else that you need. It's close to Nimman for when you want more Westernized spots.

Located at Nimman area, there are many shops and mall.

A place like home, one of my favorite stays in Chiang Mai for many years.The owner is very friendly, often willing to provide warm help and travel advice, the room is as described, very neat, fully equipped, the internet speed is very good, and there is a large TV where you can watch Netflix, there is a washing machine available in the lobby, the rooftop can dry your clothes and is a comfortable place to watch the sunset.There are 7-Eleven and Mini BigC in the neighborhood, lots of local food stores, and the large Big C, Makro and Lotus if you're a little further away, which is very convenient.Although the location is not the main tourist area, it is very close to the airport, as long as you have a car, it is still very convenient to get to various tourist spots, there is parking outside the door, and the owner also offers bicycle rental, which can be counted as a one-stop service.In summary it is a very good value place to stay and will stay again next time.
