Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hang Dong District

I really loved staying here. Felt just like home, with welcoming hosts next door. Everything is set up to stay long-term. The neighbourhood is very quiet, wonderful sounds of crickets and birds, like being in nature but only 10/15mins from old city. Easy to get a grab bike/taxi, but even easier to hire a scooter, which can be delivered and picked-up charge free . Highly recommended

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

This is such a Lanna stylish house, 1 master bedroom with super large restroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom for kid which are all perfect for 5. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Everything you need for a short break or holiday is provided for you. Furthermore, K.Yuranan was very helpful, very welcoming, friendly manner and quick to respond our text messages. He also was great at communicating with us and checked we were okay during our stay. Highly recommended!

Location I sa bit far from city but instead private and peaceful. Everything are clean and well prepare for guests. Best choice to stay.

Our stay at Luna and Lulu's forest house was an absolute dream!​​ 🌿 We spent a rejuvenating week in this charming two-story home surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. The interior’s cozy, artistic touches made us feel like we were living in a fairy-tale cabin nestled in the woods. Luna and Lulu’s thoughtfulness shone through every detail—from the well-stocked bathroom essentials to the yoga mats that added to our relaxation. Our favorite moments were sipping tea in the tranquil garden and unwinding in the sunroom, where we listened to music while watching squirrels play among the trees through the windows. This oasis perfectly captured the serene spirit of Chiang Mai. We left feeling refreshed and already longing to return!

My wife grew up in Chiangmai and we've travelled back to visit family and friends more than 25 years. We have stayed in guest houses, hotels, condos, and private homes. K. Askorn's house is the best! This trip we sought a peaceful / relaxing location outside the city center to really enjoy Thai living with family and friends. It is still close ( 15 min) for visits to town. K. Askorn's home was perfect! She is a terrific person/host! The home and amenities exceeded our expectations. Stocked with essentials, "move in ready," internet service very fast, 50 " TV, dining table for 6 people, full-size washing machine, covered outside drying area and for parking. Neighborhood is safe & friendly. Shopping close by. Transportation easy via GRAB, or BOLT. Good local restaurants with local prices for dine in or delivery via GRAB or MealsOnWheels. If you are considering living in Thailand for more than a short vacation don't miss the opportunity to stay in this home! It is a gem!

Great stay! Super convinent location and the place was supacious.

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

Great accommodation in a quiet location but close to all hotspots

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. 치앙마이 한달 살기 숙소로 머물렀는데 정말 행복했어요! 첫 날 체크인 하고 방에 들어갔는데 공간에 포근하고 좋은 향이 나서 기분이 좋았고 침구가 부드럽고 푹신해서 잠을 푹 잘 수 있었어요. 준비해주신 월컴스낵도 감사했습니다. 방에는 모든 물품이 비치되어 있었고 주방에 모든 물품들이 구비되어있어 한달 동안 머무르기 적합했습니다. 또한 일주일에 한번 하우스키핑 서비스를 받을 수 있었는데 하우스키퍼 분들도 정말 친절하셨고 방도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 숙소의 위치도 좋아서 걸어서 다양한 식당과 카페 쇼핑몰에 갈 수 있었고 가까운 거리에 코인 세탁방이 있어 편리했습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 치앙마이 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다음에 온다면 꼭 다시 머무르고 싶어요.

我在Peter和Nuan的家里度过了非常愉快的住宿体验！这间公寓布置得非常漂亮，每一个角落都很有设计感，视觉上非常舒适。位置就在宁曼路附近，步行就能到，但环境却安静无扰，没有任何噪音打扰。 窗外风景非常迷人，可以看到漂亮的房子和素贴山的美景。整栋楼都禁烟，干净整洁，住得很安心。Peter和Nuan都非常友善，回复也非常及时，我非常感谢他们的接待。希望将来还能再回来！

숙소는 정말 완벽했습니다. 모든 전자기기들이 작동을 잘해서 좋았어요. 또한 하수구 냄새가 나지 않아 좋았습니다. 마야몰, 원님만 그 외에도 주변에 먹을거리와 볼 거리들이 많고 좋은 카페도 많았어요. 특히나 호스트가 너무 친절하고 응답이 빨라서 좋았습니다.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

公寓位置优越，步行可到宁曼1号、maya商场。房间设施完善，阳台山景壮丽。房主回复快 沟通顺利。临时因故晚退房，房主爽快应允。邻居友善安静。入住期间有装修的，工作时间有时会有噪音，没办法。阳台门有纱窗，密封好，但仍能听见飞机声。不过对本人睡眠没有影响。有机会我会再来。谢谢Jane！

Great condo with pool and gym in Nimman. One of the best ever

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

This was the most clean and beautiful Airbnb I lived in so far. The hosts were the nicest and gave me so many amazing recommendations for the city. They even let me check in and out earlier/ later for free. Super nice and never happened like this to me before. If you are looking for a super modern, clean and central accommodation in the nimman area, this is your place. Thank you again guys. I will be back for sure!

The apartment is compact but very well organized in terms of space. There's a desk in the bedroom where you can comfortably work with a laptop. The internet was stable and sufficient for two people working remotely. The kitchen is convenient and equipped with everything you need. I can confidently recommend this place if you're traveling alone or as a couple. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a large shopping mall right across the street. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from planes landing or taking off.
