Vacation rentals with a patio in Hanalei

We had a great stay!! Seaside Haven was the perfect location for us to explore the north side of the island. It was VERY clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy. We felt safe. Hallie was very friendly and responsive. AC was amazing!!! The two units kept the entire home very cool. We loved having our own private SeaLodge Beach too! The walk down was a fun adventure (maybe 10 minutes) and it wasn’t too hard for our 5 year old. It was a secluded, calm beach for the kids to snorkel. We would definitely book with Hallie again.

Beautiful place looking out over the beach. Here are some things to be aware of! - Kauai is full of chickens. You will most likely be woken up each morning by roosters cock-a-doodle-dooing. 🙂 - Kauai is humid. Enas provides a few fans, and on hotter days, these will be your friends. There is no A/C. - The windows to the unit are not paneled windows. This leads to an element of more-easily being able to hear what’s going on outside from inside, and being able to hear what’s going on inside from outside. You will feel cozy with neighbors.. that’s all. - The beach out front has a tide pool, which is great for exploring. We spent time watching the fish and crabs in the tide pool. - Kapa’a is a great central location on the island. Great access to the north (Hanalei, Princeville). Great restaurants and hikes nearby in Kapa’a. Decent access to the south east and south parts of the island. - Enas had some cold water and ice in the fridge/freezer, which was great!

Jim's place was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. There were many amenities, including an old record player with hawaiian vinyl records. We really enjoyed that added touch. It has a great access to a beautiful sandy beach and a nice walk down Poipu Beach to Brennecke's beach to see the turtles. There are restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores and shopping a short drive away. We had some trouble finding the building number and the neighbor on the bottom floor paid us a visit to tell us we were walking too loudly. (Grouchy Renter) Overrall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Jim's place again.

The view from the apartment was spectacular! We really enjoyed having our breakfast and evening drinks on the lanai watching the surf. The layout of the apartment was lovely. It had all that we needed. We appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach towels and umbrella being available as well. Eric was very responsive and provided an excellent info book of things to do on the island, not just the North Shore. We highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Jon's condo was AMAZING!!!!!! The entire property is so beautiful and so well maintained. The amount of flowers are so beautiful! The condo is perfect from the minute you walk in! The view out the slider of the beautiful grass area that flows right on to the beach and ocean was spectacular!! There's absolutely everything you need in the condo and it is beautiful. We felt right at home the minute we walked in! In less than a 5 minute walk there's the Lava Lava Beach Club for dining and cocktails on the beach. They have live music in the evening which we really enjoyed. Also the Coconut Marketplace is just another few minutes past Lava Lava. There's restaurants and shops were great. Whatever you do you Must have a Shave Ice at JoJo's! The best! We would certainly stay there again and are looking forward to a return visit!! Mahalo Jon and Sabrina!!

This condo is in a very good location, near the entrance to Princeville where you don't have to drive deep into the Princeville community to reach your accommodations. On the property, the condo is close to the pool and clubhouse. It's also across the street from the pedestrian walkway that runs through the center of Princeville alongside the main road and golf course. Additionally, the condo is located on a golf course and has a view of the greens and a distant view of the ocean. Located on the third (top) floor, this condo has a vaulted ceiling that made it feel airy. Though there is no AC, the cool ocean breezes and ceiling fan kept it cool. Overall, I was very pleased with the condo.

Guys, everything was perfect! Princeville is nice and quaint. We took a walk through the golf course area and enjoyed all the trees/scenery. Parking is very close to the unit and Ryan is very responsive. The place is pristine and had everything we needed

If this place finds you at anything less than 5/5 you probably need to see a therapist. The most beautiful Airbnb we've ever stayed at!

Beautiful area and home. We loved taking morning walks and exploring. Jonathan was very helpful with recommendations and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Having a vehicle ready for us at the airport was a huge lifesaver since we got to skip the hassle of a rental vehicle. We had 7 people in our group and having a vehicle big enough was important. Some of our best memories were made on our trip to Kauai.

Laura, the co-host, was exceptionally proactive and responsive. The accommodation exceeded its advertisement, and parking was convenient. Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, the rental's location was ideal. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and would book again!

Awesome place to stay! House was very clean and modern with a lot of thoughtful details. Location is perfect for exploring all that kauai has to offer, given proximity to wailua river, the easy drive to northern beaches, but also to southern areas for Allerton, etc. Peter was very responsive and suggested some great hikes that weren’t on our radar. But we also just enjoyed being in the house for down time after all our activities, with windows open and that ocean breeze blowing through. We didn’t want to leave.

We loved Shana’s place! This was a perfect spot for our annual girl’s trip - our first time staying on the north shore and it did not disappoint. Plenty of space, great lush backyard, close to the Princeville shopping center and a short 10 min drive to Hanalei Bay. The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The house was great for a group! Check-in/out was keyless but couldn’t do either early or late. Didn’t hear from Jake during our stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in Princeville, Kauai. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were absolutely incredible—waking up to the lush green landscape and ocean in the distance was a highlight of our trip. The host was friendly and very responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home here and appreciated the peaceful, scenic location. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and take in the natural beauty of Kauai!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. I wish I could hire the owners to decorate my own house because everything was just stunning. My daughter said, “this is my dream beach house!” We appreciated how well stocked everything was. We felt right at home. All the beach gear was perfect for our family of 5. We also appreciated that the check out “to do” list was short and sweet. We loved the açaí bowl place that was within walking distance and we loved how close the condo was to Hanalei town. My only suggestion is if you’re traveling during the summer months, stop by and turn on the AC units in the rooms before going to explore the town. We didn’t and regretted that because it took a little while to cool down the house. But after a couple of hours, the condo was very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this spot- it’s great!

Cash was a gracious host, accommodating our early check-in needs upon arrival. The location is beautiful, near the water and affords dramatic sunset views over Hanalei Bay. When I accidentally fell through a screen door on the lanai, Cash was able to promptly repair it. Amazing!

Joel's place was perfect for a little family staycation from the Big Island. I would recommend his place to others visiting the north shore of Kauai. Joel is a local and friendly host and it shows in his communication.

We loved staying in this property on our recent trip to Kauai! The property was easy to find, Adam’s instructions were great, and the inside was perfect for us as a couple! It was clean and exactly as described. We loved neighborhood - so many great places to walk for exercise and many things to do. We walked to Happy Talk Lounge, 1Hotel, and it was a very short drive to Hanalei and beaches on the north side of the island. The book of recommendations was great as well! This is a great option in Princeville and we would definitely recommend it!

Wife and I have been married 43 years and this was our best vacation ever. We love Kauai, but have never had the beautiful views and convenience we had with Allison's place. She is very vested in making sure you are taken care of and happy. She was so responsive...we couldn't have asked for better treatment. The view from our lanai was spectacular! I was diagnosed with Parkinson's right before our trip, so we were around the resort a little more than we had planned. It could not have been better. We all know that going to Hawaii is not cheap, but we left this place feeling like we really got our moneys worth. The condo was beautifully decorated and was comfortable from the moment we entered. I can't overstate how pleased we are with the way Allison treated us and the beautiful place she provided for us. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kauai. It really is the best Island in our opinion. Thanks again to Allison and her team for all of their caring and professionalism.

Staying here was the best choice we made! It was perfect driving distance to Hanalei and kapa’a and the views were stunning. I would say the best “home base” for all the activities the island has to offer. Even though there was no AC the fans kept it just cool enough.

We had a great three-night stay at Josh's place. While it's part of a larger condo community, it was very quiet and peaceful during the evening hours that we were in the unit (we were out sightseeing most days). The location on the golf course was picturesque, and every evening we made the 5-minute walk for beautiful cliffside sunset viewing. The unit was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Josh was very responsive, proactive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Josh!

We had an amazing stay at Gail’s place on the Ocean. Poipu beach was within walking distance, and it was an easy drive to several awesome sights and great restaurants. The views and ocean sounds were incredible. Gail was super helpful and communication was easy.

Such a sweet and responsive host! Location was amazing, literally steps away from the beach. Water slide 10/10. Totally recommend!!

Dan was a fantastic host - he sent us an entire guide-book with detailed recommendations and he really made us feel at home. Looking forward to our next stay here in the future!
