Overlooking The South Downs on the South Cycle Route ,in close proximity to Bosham, Chichester, and the sandy beaches of The Witterings is the annex to Oak House. On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed thatched cottage on the edge of Kings Worthy village, our annex is beautifully decorated and comfortable. With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.

The exterior view captures the annexe nestled in the garden of Honeysuckle Cottage. Lush greenery surrounds the building, while vibrant flowers bloom by a wooden gate leading to a well-maintained lawn. A lamp post adds a charming touch to the scene.
