Located in a small, friendly community just 7 mi from Cornell & downtown Ithaca, The Nest is a 1,200 sq-foot, 1-bedroom, apartment ideal for 2 or 3, but can accommodate more upon request. No pets. Bright and comfortable, with large well-appointed kitchen, high-end appliances, bath w/ huge shower, 50" TV, cable internet, large back yard, and onsite parking. We're located on a limited bus route but it's also a quick and direct 10-min drive to Ithaca and Cornell, and a 20-min drive to Greek Peak.

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Canaan Country Cottage

This is a private, rustic and cozy vacation camp that has been partially modernized with an addition containing two bedrooms. The original part of the building still has that Adirondack camp feel; woodsy and camp-like, but very private. Secluded and also close to Hammond Hill State Forest with many miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and xc-skiing. The cottage sleeps 4 to 6. We recently upgraded the internet with a fiber connection, and added a propane grill on the back deck.

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
