The basement apartment is located in a detached house. Approx. 3 minutes to the A45, but still very good and quiet location. Separate entrance (staircase). Apartment is about 45 square meters, a large bathroom with tub, one bedroom. The living room is combined with a kitchenette. Netto market is a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation should be booked for at least two nights, as the cleaning effort is very high; thank you very much.

In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 room apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the highway of the A66 between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and also connected to the visit of surrounding sights. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with your beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train goes to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.

On 70 square meters, the bright 3-room apartment offers enough space for up to 5 people. The separate entrance to the basement is accessible from the outside via a few steps. In the fully equipped, there is also a small bar table with 2 bar stools for a short coffee in between. The dining table in the living room offers enough space for everyone. Nearby you will find all the shops for everyday needs and some restaurants.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The fully equipped kitchen offers the opportunity to take care of yourself. By bus and train, the connection to Frankfurt, Hanau, Gießen or Friedberg is within 90 - 120 minutes, by car within about 20-40 minutes. The A45 motorway is about 5 minutes away.
