Beautiful house at Vänern beach on Hammarö

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Rent out my nice house on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a single room, a double room and kitchen & shower. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a single room, large kitchen and large bath. Balcony at the front overlooking the lake. 70 meters to Lake Vänern beach with nice swimming areas. Proximity to Lillängshamnen with fish smokehouse, restaurant & cafe. Short walk away is Skoghall city center with several restaurants, grocery store, medical center & gym, etc. Bus goes to Karlstad every 12 minutes & takes you there in 11 minutes

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

A welcoming doorway leads to a spacious wooden deck, offering views of the surrounding landscape and waterway. Sunlight filters through the open door, illuminating the interior space, where the seating area is complemented by a decorative rug and natural elements.

Nice Cabin 6 people with outdoor spa and peaceful location.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Cabin on Lake Lake Vänern!

Amazing cabin at the shore of lake, with a lots of family history. The surroundings are so stunning that you feel immediately relaxed. Henrik sent very good instructions. We enjoyed that there was good space for 3 adults and 2 children, and we appreciated that there were toys for kids and games for both indoors and outdoors. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped to prepare and serve meals. We spent wonderful weekend there.

We enjoyed the house, the backyard, the toys and books, the Hammarö beaches and to visit Karlstad. Anna was very kind and helpfull.

Fabulous home close to a swimming and picnic area. This was a wonderfully spacious home with everything we needed. The outside space was also amazing with comfy sofa and chairs on the deck. The neighbourhood was just lovely - so quiet and peaceful with respectful and friendly neighbours. We would definitely recommend this place!

House in Hammarö near the lake Vänern

We had a super nice Christmas weekend at Jenny's nice villa! Here is everything you need and plenty of space and we had a great time in the heat of the fireplace. The house was even decorated when we arrived so that we had a real Christmas feeling with the family! Quiet surroundings and close to grocery stores and natural areas. Jenny responds very quickly to questions and came up with great excursion tips. We can highly recommend this home and would love to come back!

Had a nice time at Malin's house. Large and equipped with every comfort. Malin was a good host and quick in her responses. She also gave good tips!
