Walking distance to the golf course, boat ramp, convenience stores, restaurants and nightlife. There is a 32’ x 65’ concrete driveway that provides plenty of room for parking , boats or even campers. It has a large pass through lower level garage living space with bar that’s great on the nice days but also provides a good indoor escape for those pesky rain days. Also, there is a dock on the property for any of your recreational needs. Includes fire pit, grills & blackstone griddle.

Great little house, perfect for a jumping off point for adventures in the area. Only warning, out gps, and our daughters when she joined us for dinner take you to the wrong street!(obviously not the hosts fault!). So when you get to the neighborhood look at the address closely and you’ll get there no problem…the house looks exactly as pictured so it’s easy to know you are at the right place.

Awesome place for a 3 day stop on our way through South Dakota. The birds were amazing and we really enjoyed watching them for hours during our stay. House was clean, the lake water not so clean but im assuming the high winds we had may have something to do with the waters being covered with weeds and dust on the surface of the lake. Thanks RaeAnn
