Het laatste deel van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin. Ook kinderen kunnen zich helemaal uitleven in onze mooie boomhut met schuifaf, schommel,... Er is ook een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Aan het tuinhuis is een groot overdekt terras met de keuken waar het heerlijk is om te zitten.
