From the moment we arrived at this charming cottage, we were blown away by the breathtaking view. It made every sunrise and sunset feel magical. The amenities were equally impressive. The cottage was clean, and beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed - from a fully stocked kitchen to linens and even games for a rainy day. The location was fantastic, as we were just minutes away from local grocery stores and a mix of eateries - perfect for grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely dinner. Plus, the area is packed with sightseeing adventures and historic landmarks to hidden gems we discovered along the way. This place felt like home away from home and we can’t wait to go back again!

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this property - 8 family members on a girls weekend! The house was beautiful, better than the pictures. The kitchen/living room/dining room space was ideal for games, cooking and lots of fun. Everything was so clean and ready to use. Kim was super responsive with any questions I had and everything was really smooth. I would stay here again! It's useful to note for prospective guests - there is a 1-bedroom guesthouse directly behind the main house which does lie between the house and the yard/view, so it didn't feel quite as private as I thought it would be. But - we were there on a rainy weekend, so our group and the guesthouse renters stayed inside all weekend and it was like they weren't even there! I would suggest if you are renting this space for outdoor space, it might not suit those needs. Overall a lovely place to stay and we had a fabulous weekend.

Our group of four had a fantastic experience staying at Quinpool. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly proactive and kind, making sure every detail was taken care of in advance. Communication was clear and timely, which made our entire trip smooth and completely stress-free. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—ideal for a relaxing stay. Beautiful private property hidden away from the road, with the lake in the backyard. Casondra was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The interior was clean and there are instructions for pretty much anything you’d need inside the home. So cozy at night and the hot tub was so nice! They even let us use their kayaks, what a treat. We loved our two night stay, would definitely recommend!

Erin and Mitch were great hosts. The place was easy to find, neat, and felt like home away from home. Every amenity was as described and the brochure they created gave us all the information we needed in case we had further questions. Absolutely loved our stay here!! Val was a very helpful and responsive host with great recommendations. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in this whimsical airbnb, and really enjoyed being on the water and getting to watch the boats. The wifi is very good here, and the house is really well stocked. We also really appreciated the welcome gift!

Extraordinary property with expansive windows overlooking the lake and a stunning deck for enjoying the view. The interior was both comfortable and stylish, with tasteful designer touches throughout. Outside, the gas fire pit and string lights created a magical setting for evening s’mores. Beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The hosts, Vicky and Steve, were responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Note: the steep, unpaved driveway requires AWD—it wasn’t an issue for us and actually added a sense of adventure. There is an alternative place to park vehicles midway for non-AWD vehicles. The only downside was unexpected construction on the lot next door starting Monday, which brought some loud noise. An excavator was moving boulders to clear out space to build a house. Vicky and Steve handled it quickly and graciously with alternative options. Aside from that, the stay was absolutely wonderful.

We've stayed at this Airbnb multiple times, and it consistently offers a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Beautiful location and home. We stayed 3 nights. We were in the Hubbards area for a family wedding. It was so great to have the beach house as a little escape retreat from the the rest of the hustle and bustle of the wedding preparations when needed. We were a group of 6 and two from our group both had mobility issues. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor were perfect for them. Beautiful patio and lots of fresh sea air!

I booked Wilson Coastal Club 5 for 3 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was beautifully set up clean, cozy, and with an incredible water view right from the window. Waking up to that every morning was such a treat! The entire property has a peaceful, inviting atmosphere. One of our favorite moments was spending a relaxing evening in the wood-fired hot tub and sauna with a private ocean view. It was such a cozy and intimate way to unwind. We also enjoyed quiet walks along the shore and soaking in the calm surroundings. The staff and the host were so friendly and helpful always available to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The host even checked in during our stay to make sure we were doing okay, which was very thoughtful. The location is great close to the highway, so it’s easy to get to Halifax. There’s also a nearby supermarket and gas station. Plus, Peggy’s Cove and Lunenburg are just a short drive away. Thank you, for hosting us :)

Well maintained old home on the ocean. Really enjoyed this location. Fire pit by the water was so nice. Highly recommend for your travels on the Eastern Shore.

We enjoyed a very comfortable 5 night stay at Adam's place. The beds were comfy and the kitchen, pantry and laundry were well stocked. East Petpeswick is a beautiful, quiet, natural area but there's lots to do if you're into outdoor living. The tiny house provided all the comforts we needed to relax at the end of our days. We loved sitting on the back deck to watch the night sky and hear the surf (while our steaks were on the BBQ) and appreciated the wifi and TV when it was time to come in. Adam's spot is within easy access to gorgeous Martinique Beach (strolling and surfing), the wonderful Musquodoboit Trailhead (hiking), and all the other treasures Nova Scotia offers. For sure, we would stay here again.

This house is extraordinary. The history, the decor, the comfort. The best stocked kitchen we have ever seen (plus an additional half kitchen). This may be minor, but they had lots of extras towels, face cloths and toilet paper. And the views - unbelievable! Alan's support as host was impeccable - as friendly and he was efficient. We will definitely return!

Raquel’s place, “Vista Del Mar,” is absolutely gorgeous!! The open concept of the main level allows for guests to dine and intermingle while enjoying the picturesque view of St. Margaret’s Bay. Raquel was quick to respond to messages and was a pleasure to talk to! A short scenic drive to Peggy’s Cove and Halifax. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone travelling to Nova Scotia. Great large house rental right on the Atlantic ocean. Came with outdoor firepit and BBQ. Had a great stay with 6 guests.

We had a family gathering here. The place was clean, big, lots of things to do (inside and out) and we felt right at home. Deborah was very responsive and accommodating. The view and dock were amazing and the deck outside was plenty big for us all. When the weather turned we went under the deck. The place is perfect for getting everyone together. Would definitely book again.

Great location on a very clean and peaceful lake. Swimming , kayaks and paddleboards are available right off the private dock. My son and I enjoyed paddling around the lake with islands, walking trails and a natural area with diving board to explore. The house is on a peninsula so while it’s very private , you also get pretty views on 3 sides. The house is stocked with everything you need for meals, movie watching , games (indoor & outdoor) as wells as a fire pit area. Very rustic feel but everything clean and air conditioned so we were comfortable when we did spend time in the house. Lastly , we were able to get to the Halifax waterfront for a very enjoyable meal in only 35 mins. Closer options in Sackville & Dartmouth as well. We also appreciated having a large Sobey’s grocery store only 10 min drive away.

A great place for a weekend getaway. There are so many things to do the rain didn't get us down!
