Incredible Airbnb. You can walk everywhere in Troy from here and have a great view of the River. I stayed here for a full month and couldn’t ask for a better spot. Baptiste was very responsive and gave great recommendations all around the city!

Patrick was welcoming and so helpful. He and his wife have created an oasis. Out the back door is a patio overlooking a River. They have planted beautiful flowers. I sat and watched a hawk the first AM and a chipmunk the second. The apartment is complete and not lacking anything. I’d return in a heartbeat.

My sister and I stayed at Seth's gorgeous spot in Valatie for two days during a heat wave in June - it was cool, comfortable and calming inside with a perfect porch overlooking the creek. Seth was incredibly communicative and flexible about check-in. He gave us tons of local recommendations for food, hiking, and entertainment. Highly, highly recommend - and hope to be back!

Liz is such a lovely host and her place is welcoming and cozy with all of the extra touches. I extended my stay for a month and had everything I needed for my things and cooking meals. I felt right at home and highly recommend!

This was the best Airbnb experience we have had. Jill’s place was better in person than in the photos. Jill gave us great instructions on everything and left an excellent guide in addition. If we decide next year to come back to the area Jill’s place is where we will stay.

This house was perfect, right on the lake and equipped for everything we needed during the weekend! Zach was a great host and provided clear instructions for check in and answered all of our questions.

Nice cabin with a beautiful view and direct access to lake. Host was very responsive and friendly. Had three kayaks, a couple of tube floats and one big float. We used all. Did not have an oppertunity to fish, but could see large brim from the doc. Great stay. Would stay again.

Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

We had the BEST TIME at this fantastic Lakeside house in Valatie!  The house itself has 3 good bedrooms – 2 large bedrooms upstairs with a nice bathroom and tub.  The downstairs has the other cute bedroom, another full bathroom,  a good sized kitchen open to a great and large living and dining area. The VIEW from the main room is stunning and was our ‘TV’ for the week.  The lake is just gorgeous!  It has a little dock with kayaks and plenty of nice seating and lounge chairs.  It’s great to have a full grass lawn !  The pups loved the house and the yard and the lake!  The house was super clean and roomy but cozy in it’s feel.  So many great little towns nearby – it was just the perfect house to get away from the city!  The community was chill, even tho it was Memorial Day weekend.  Thanks to Michael who was super responsive (not that we needed anything!) but if we had a question. Etc.  Thank you Michael ! We hope to be back for another visit !!!

This was the most beautiful and comfortable place my wife and I have ever stayed! It is so lovely and right across the street from literal rapids so you can hear them all night if you leave the windows cracked :) The hosts were very helpful and communicative, the house was just as described, and the location was perfect for us! Not too far from hudson but so close to trails for biking :) Definitely would recommend!!

Our party of four adults and two small kids really enjoyed our weekend in this unique and tastefully renovated former barn. The linens, bedding, and towels were all top quality, the kitchen was well equipped, and overall the place was comfortable and spotless. The location is super private and quiet, surrounded by nature and farmland, including an on-site stream and sheep (that's not a typo). A great spot to stay for a visit to the northern Berkshires - Mt. Greylock and Mass MoCA are very nearby. Our visit was on a frigid winter weekend with a ton of snow and outside temps in the 20s, yet our indoor temps were toasty and very comfortable, especially with the wood stove.

Beautiful property. We enjoyed very much the tranquility. There was an issue with the kitchen light but maintenance was going to address it. The exterior of some of the buildings needs to be worked on, but overall the place was great.

Nicholas was a great host and the place was awesome! Super clean and has everything you need. My dogs really liked looking out the big windows to the lake :)

This beautiful lake house made this day truly special, despite the cloudy and rainy weather. The house’s warm and welcoming atmosphere was therapeutic, and the lake view was simply breathtaking. Everything we needed was within reach, and Nick was incredibly attentive to our every need.
