Our yellow cottage is located in one of the most idyllic streets of Diest and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, the market, the beguinage, the citadel, the swimming pool and recreational area the crescent. This old townhouse has recently been renovated modernly and is ideal for 2 couples or a family. The assets of this home are undoubtedly its location, the 2 city bikes and southwest oriented garden with seating area. From our house you left in no time for a nice hike or bike ride.

Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Gelijkvloers bevindt zich de badkamer. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Het laatste deel van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin. Ook kinderen kunnen zich helemaal uitleven in onze mooie boomhut met schuifaf, schommel,... Er is ook een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Hulsbeek Farm: Enjoy nature and tranquility

The studio is accessible via a separate side entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people). The studio consists of a beautiful open space and is located on the 2nd floor, the former hayloft of our farm. The cozy studio has an equipped kitchenette, a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower, a cozy sitting area with TV and a sofa bed. A maximum of 1 dog is welcome (after mutual consultation) with a €10 cleaning fee.

The Roosenhuys has a beautiful, light living room with a porch and a view on the beautiful garden. It's located in the Valley of the 'Zwarte Beek' with numerous walking and cycling routes. If you prefer city visits, you will certainly find what you're looking for in the nearby cities. A family holiday or a break with friends or family: welcome to the Roosenhuys! ATTENTION: between 23.02 and 15.03, you will not be able to park in front due to works (parking at 100m)

The guesthouse is located in the beautiful Hagenland & is 1 kilometer from the tourist center of Diest. The house takes you back to the time of small happiness and coziness. We live between the fields but also close to Diest for a cozy getaway.
