2024年2月完成、新しく建つシンプルオシャレな家屋です。 晴れた日は屋上から富士山（南側）と河口湖（北側）を望むことができます。 河口湖駅から徒歩6分、河口湖湖畔まで徒歩6分。駐車場2台まで無料。 乾燥機能付ドラム式洗濯機。 簡易キッチン設備と簡易な調理器具。 (感染症予防のため、油や調味料のご用意はしておりませんので調理される場合はご持参ください。) 貸切、鍵はパスワード式、セルフチェックイン・セルフチェックアウト。（宿泊者全員情報および身分証明書の送付を事前にお願い致します。） ＊自動センサー式の照明があり、安全のため消せません。 ＊荷物預かり不可。 ＊近隣は住宅地なので夜間、早朝に騒がないようお願いします。警察が出動したら強制退去もありえます。 ＊喫煙(電子タバコも)火気(炭火、ガスコンロ等)、花火は禁止。※ハウスルールをよくご確認ください。 ＊屋上、入り口に防犯カメラ有り。 ＊新築のため、ホルムアルデヒドが気になるという意見を特定の国の方から頂きました。健康被害を避けるため気になる方はご予約を控えてください。

Fuji View Private Annex（2rooms , shower ,kitchen )

We built this building as Annex of Yasuragiso(Traditional Japanese inn),thinking "We want you to thoroughly enjoy Mt.Fuji" and "We want you to spend a relaxing and private time". Next door is an old shrine and nature, which is very quiet. The lake can also be reached on foot. There are also several restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It's very convenient for sightseeing in Fuji Five Lakes. We have a free parking & Rental bicycles .

Koti Yamanakako, next to Hananomiyako Kouen

The newly built house just opened in September 2020. It is located up on the hill in Yamanakako Forest Villa, right next to Hananomiyako Kouen. The Mt. Fuji view is just a few minute's walks from the house, and you can see it during the wintertime from the house deck. Surrounded by forest, the calming scenery is the best place to spend time with your families and friends, BBQ in the summer, or even working remotely.
