We loved our stay at the apartment. It was exactly like the photos - a beautifully styled place that feels like home. The amenities were great and the outdoor space had beautiful views of the pagoda at night. The location is great and the downstairs coffee shop is a bonus! The host and coffee shop staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Hotel Zimmer war wie angezeigt und sauber. Es wurde bei jeder Begegnung gefragt ob wir noch was brauchen oder Zimmerservice. Personal im Hotel spricht kein englisch, sind dafür aber mit einem guten Übersetzer ausgestattet. Also auch kein Problem, dauert nur was länger. Toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder:)

I believe the host does not see the airbnb booking right away so it is necessary to send messages early. I got in thanks to the cleaning lady. The host was on the phone with her and gave me clear instructions. The room was spacious and clean, it has a balcony and is beautiful. The bathroom is across the hall and is very clean and has many showers. This place is super spacious with a large kitchen and living room. I was all by myself but I believe there are 5 rooms with double beds. I think it would be great for a big group of friends or a family to stay. If you don't like quiet, big spaces when alone, I wouldn't recommend. I enjoyed it. The area is near Hoa Lu and is 10 mins away from touristic restaurants by car/scooter. It is a residential area and people are not used to seeing foreigners. They were kind.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Ninh dans un logement familial où tout était parfait. L'intégration dans sa petite famille a été immédiate et chaleureuse. Nous donnant des conseils et des facilités pour visiter les beaux sites de Tam Coc, elle nous a gâté par sa cuisine familiale et traditionnelle. Un grand coup de cœur que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Great Airbnb to stay at, we loved the minimalist deco and the hostess was the sweetest! She invited us to celebrate Lunar New Year with her family and her, which was really nice of her! She was also really flexible regarding check in time, we arrived much earlier than the check in time & breakfast is included :) 100% recommend!

LOCATION, location, location. We had a great time here which was helped by a free upgrade on our first night because we had an issue with our room. The cafe at the bottom is a vibe and the location is great. Saturday night in this area is a must for date night and the staff were so amazing thank you guys

staying at Ninh's place was truly a wonderful and lovely experience, she got in touch with us before our trip started and planned a wonderful 5 star ha long bay cruise at a minimal price along with transport to her place. she was very responsive and caring I felt as though I was home away from home, she planed our entire itinerary in ninh binh at a nominal price and it was wonderful. her food was very tasty and the price was very reasonable, my 15 month old daughter fell ill during the trip and Miss. Ninh helped us with the doctor and the hospital and the tests personally working as our translator and she gracefully allowed us to cook food for our daughter in her kitchen without any fuss. I truly recommend families to stay here on their trip to ninh binh for a warm, cozy and homely stay. this place was truly a home away from home!!!!
