Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hải Châu District

사실 숙소위치는 사진으로 보내주었지만 처음 방문하게 되면 그냥 지나치기 쉬워요. 그 외에 숙소는 깔끔했지만! 아무래도 계단이 많다보니 더운 날씨에 오르락 내리락 하려니 힘들긴해요 2층 메인거실은 실링팬과 에어컨이 있지만 더위대비해서 엄청 시원하진 않아서 각 방에 들어가서 쉬었고. 전자레인지가 없는건 너무 아쉬웠어요! 그래도 호스트는 친절하고 주변에 뭐가 많아서 위치도 좋았어요!!

The house is clean and very roomy, just like the photos. It has a washer and dryer which was so convenient. The house is near many attractions such as the dragon bridge, night market, the beach and many more. Rain even let us have a late check out while we waited to go to the airport. We would definitely stay at Rain's place again.

Leila & her husband are very helpful in everything. Her house is worth every penny. The location is nice if you want a peaceful area with cheap restaurants and convenience store around. Grab car is also accessible. We will recommend her place to friends if they plan to visit Da Nang soon. Thank you so much Madam Leila. You are so kind and helpful. ☺️

Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

We stay at Home in Hải Châu for two weeks. We come to Vietnam, but we worked two weeks, except weekends. Home located in the centre of Da Nang. There are a lot of good cafes located in 5-10 minutes walk. You can rent a motorbike in front of the house. Just find Abu sign. We need just to rooms to work on non-expensive place. Man from toboacco business is very frendly, and kindly and unexpectively give us some towels and park my motorbike :) So, location is amazing, price are cheap, man from toboacco shop can help you in any situation.

숙소는완벽합니다 공항바로옆이라 걸어서도가능합니다 단점은 택시안타면 절대불가합니다 숙소 근처에 커피숖 간단한식당 쪼꼬만한 마트있지만 미리사야해요 일찍닫아요 가끔 답장이 늦을때도있어요 숙소 전면으로 오른쪽에 작은슈퍼있어요 텔레콤이라고적힌곳 등지고 정면으로 30미터쯤오른쪽에 작은식당에 아주친절한 젊은사장과 아주머니사장님집은 11시에문열고 술안팔지만 사서가도되고 간단한요기 메뉴3가지 다주문하시고 콜라주문해도10만동초반 무도건드시고 좀더가시면 쌀국수집 맛있어요 숙소등지고 오른쪽은커피숖 왼쪽은 호프집 호프집은 저녁에만. 열지만그동내핫플 그동내자체가 저렴하고 영어안되지만 겁나친절한동내 바가지 일절없음 숙소권이 아니라 사람들이 착하고 친절해요 동내한바퀴도시다보면 마사지가게도하나있어요 저는 새벽비행기라 마지막날 체크아웃하고12시간렌트해서 후에가서 구경하고 11시 공항에내렸어요 무조건16인승빌리세요 만원차이뿐안나요 그럼이상

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Da Nang! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly like the photos. It had everything I needed - a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi The host was friendly, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth and communication was always fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang. Whether you’re here to relax by the beach or explore the city, this apartment is the perfect base!

Really lovely place in the heart of Son Tra. The apartment itself is located along a busy road, but is 5 floors up and facing the side street, so you don't really experience any noise or disturbance. There is a washer in the room and a dryer 2 floors up that are both free to use, and the hosts sell 20L water bottles downstairs for 25,000 vnd. The inside of this apartment is spacious and has a really nice kitchen. There isn't much of a view (you'll be facing a building next to you), but surprisingly there is a lot of natural light during the daytime hours, and some very nifty shades in case you want to block it out. Wifi is also strong. The local area has countless eateries in cafes for whatever you may want. All in all, a great apartment at a great price. Recommended!

The apartment is very comfortable, and suitable for work, there are two decks and fast internet. There are local cafes and grocery stores around. The only downside is that apartment is quite dark, the windows face another building, so there is not much sunlight. Overlapping windows experience is great, host is really responsive, cleaning is also available.

We have a great time here. The room is very clean and comfortable. Mr. Robert is always there for helping and assisting us. Thank you so much. Would love to stay here again when we go to Da Nang.

Die Unterkunft ist Zentral gelegen und es gibt viele Restaurants und Cafés die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was wir gebraucht haben und der Gastgeber war gut erreichbar bei Fragen.

숙소는 매우 깨끗하고 사진과 동일합니다. 관리가 아주 잘 된 느낌을 받았습니다. 호스트가 매우 친절하고 신속하게 응대하여 편안한 숙박이 되었습니다. 주거지역이라 시끄럽지도 않고 주위에 레스토랑이나 카페, 베이커리도 많아서 가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있 었어요. 다음에도 또 오고 싶네요.

Hands down, the best Airbnb I ever stayed at. Host sent me a list with local places I should visit, she also rented me a motorbike, which was really helpful. The room is clean and nice, washer and dryer work too.

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

Tran’s home was our perfect getaway. The home was flawlessly clean with everything we needed to cook some meals and wash our laundry. We felt so comfortable and at peace. Tran was very responsive to any questions and provided great local recommendations. As a bonus, we were able to watch the Da Nang Fireworks Festival from the rooftop. Highly recommend!

3명(나, 와이프, 딸)이서 방문했는데 가격대비 만족도 엄청 높았다. 방도 넓고 침대도 3개, 화장실2개로 사용하는데 불편하지 않았다. 위치는 한시장에서 걸어서 3~4분거리로 매우 좋았다. 냉장고는 조금 덜 시원했지만, 냉동실과 같이 활용함에 불편하지는 않았다. 만약 다시 다낭에 방문한다면 다시 이용하고싶은 곳이다. 추가로 1층에 NAMTO COFFEE는 정말 맛있고 특별했으묘 2층의 식당도 현지식을 먹기에는 합리적이었다.

Zung Zung a été une hôte exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours disponible, réactive et attentionnée, elle a largement dépassé nos attentes en mettant à disposition baignoire, chaise haute et jouets pour notre bébé — un vrai plus pour les familles ! L'appartement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et très confortable, avec une literie de qualité. Le quartier est calme, résidentiel et agréable à vivre, avec des boulangeries et des jeux pour enfants juste en bas de l’immeuble. La piscine est un vrai bonheur, et les promenades le long de la rivière, à deux pas, sont particulièrement agréables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

거실이랑 마스터 베드룸 뷰가 너무 좋았고 아파트 1층에 마트와 식당 까페가 많아서 너무 편리했습니다. 옥상에서 불꽃축제도 볼수있었어요. 다음에도 오고싶어요. 추천합니다~
