Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

We had a very lovely stay at this property and would recommend to any couples or solo travelers visiting Kitzbuhel. The property is a renovated unit above the garage right next to the property that Anton, his mother and grandmother live in. He was as accessible as we needed, but we also had as much privacy as we wanted as well. The unit has a beautiful view of the mountains from the living room. It was an easy walk to town, but for the main Hahnenkamm gondola we chose to uber or drive there (uber ski and taxis are readily available and only $15-20 to the lift). The unit was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! There was also a dedicated parking spot for us in the covered carport, which I find to be important in case it snows. The shower was also very functional and bathroom was very clean. It was perfect for what we needed, an extended weekend in Kitzbuhel for skiing.

Sports and recreation in the Alps - Steep slope

We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave! Perfect for us as 4 adults (2 couples). Both bedrooms had large beds + en suite. Shared space was a perfect size. Log fire was cosy, dishwasher made our stay easy and sauna was a treat. Easy 15-20 mins walk to centre and helpful locker storage at bottom of gondala for our skis. 100% would recommend and hope to stay again. Laura was incredibly accommodating - thank you !

Beautiful apartment close to the center, on the Hahnenkamm

There is a lot to love about Roki’s place here in Kitzbühel. The instructions provided by the owner were easy to follow, the property was as described very nice inside well decorated clean and uncluttered. The layout and design was very much appreciated with the Living room with a nice outlook the place to be. Communication was excellent from start to finish and the property lived up to expectations. The centre of town is a very short walk and access to the ski lift was no more than five minutes on foot. There is parking on site for your vehicle which made it very convenient. We were very happy with our stay and the host was excellent. I highly recommend a visit to Kitzbühel to ski, visit the wonderful village and nature surrounding.

Doris very friendly and responsive. Great location very close to historic downtown.

We were absolutely blown away by this stay! The apartment was perfect. The location honestly could not be any better. Its a 1 minute walk to the gondolas. There's stores all around. It was incredible and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back 👌

Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a family with a young child. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, ample storage, has all the utilities, quiet neighbourhood and yet very central. Location is excellent! Walkable to shops, restaurants and lifts. The house and the apartment are great and the apartment is located completely in the back, so it's quiet. In a very few (car) minutes, you are in St. Johann. Tina always responded very quickly to any questions and is super nice. The apartment was great and as shown in the pictures. We can really recommend them.
