This is a Soviet-era "pansiyonat" (guest residence) primarily built for visitors to the Alaverdi copper mine. It's in a beautiful location overlooking the town of Odzun and the mountains beyond, has been fully remodelled to modern standards, and is now a fully functioning guesthouse. I was the only guest for my 4-night stay in the early spring, and my host went to great lengths to make my stay an enjoyable and comfortable one. Thank you!

Alla and her mother made me feel right at home during my stay. Their space was cozy and welcoming, and I loved sharing tea and coffee with them. I also took the carpet making masterclass, which was an incredible experience. Learning about Armenian history through this art form was fascinating! Not to mention, Alla’s mother is an amazing cook. The food she prepared was absolutely delicious. The best food I had in Armenia. This was more than just a stay it was a cultural and personal connection that I’ll always cherish. I can’t wait to come back with my family!

Narine and her husband are exceptionally great hosts, we were very warmly welcomed. They met as at the bus station and drove us to the place. The rooms are nice, the bathroom and the kitchen are spacious and well equipped. We also had a large and lovely terrace, where we spent most of the time. The owners helped us with everything, orientation around, transportation and guidance. We loved their cooking and staying with them, it was amazing! We wish to come back soon.

Beautiful place which our host has dedicated lots of efforts to. Breakfast is abundant. Nice view from the balcony. Room has no AC equipped, but we were provided with a fan.
