The beach of Neßmersiel can be reached on foot, by bike, or by car, in about 1900 m. The accommodation offers a wallbox for electric cars.

The apartment Deichtraum is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac in Nessmersiel and is perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The 55 m² ground floor apartment was renovated in 2023/2024 and modernly furnished. The private terrace, the well-kept garden and the beach also invite you to relax. The beach can be comfortably reached in about 1300 m on foot, by bike or by car. Your dog will be able to let off steam on the beautiful dog beach.

This apartment on the second floor of a detached house consists of a bedroom for three people, a kitchen with new built-in kitchen, a cozy living room and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the living room, a balcony can be reached. In the garden, a terrace with barbecue facilities is available separately for guests. Pets are welcome with me. My guests can fully use Sky Entertainment Plus. Netflix is available on two TVs. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance, you can relax and feel comfortable. The Kiessee in the climatic spa town of Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, massively fenced garden area only for you, here also eruption artists can romp freely.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Large windows flood the house with light throughout the day. Children can enjoy the playroom with a swing and toys. Two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a spacious daylight bathroom room with shower and double sink as well as a cozy combined living/dining room and kitchen can accommodate 4 people and, if accompanied by a dog if necessary.

Welcome to the apartment "Lütte Stuuv" on the Sommerpolderhof in Krummhörn. Relax in this cozy and quiet accommodation overlooking the surrounding fields. Just 4 km from Greetsiel, you can relax on your own lawn, ride a bike and explore the sights of East Frisia. 6 horses, 3 cats and 2 dogs live here and you can bring your dog too. The garden of your apartment is secured with a picket fence.
