Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

The house is 50 m2 and is very reminiscent of the owner. Rustic and with charming patina :-). Furnished with kitchen area, bedroom with double bed, small room with 2 bunks (194 cm long), toilet and bathroom. Outdoor shower and large terrace overlooking the water. A spider web or a fly may occur.

It consists of a kitchen/living room, hallway, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a lovely large garden with terrace. About 1.5 km to the ice house, where you can also pick up breakfast bread and small kiosk with barbecue bar, which is open all summer and about 1.5 km to the campsite with a pool, which you can use for a small amount.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old seaside cottage in the first row. The garden leads straight down to the beach. The original house is old but well kept. The newly built sunroom, with a direct view of the sea, makes the house enjoyable all year round. The rooms are small and what we call an annex can only be seen as an extra bedroom located 8 meters from the house and cannot be locked from inside. The house is ideal for 4 people, but there are 6 beds. The price includes use of electricity, water, and heating.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

The summerhouse is renovated in 2020. Includes 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The top floor contains bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and Lillebælt. The bottom floor contains 2 rooms, bathroom and hallway. From both rooms, there is direct access out. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is security gate from living room. Large southwest facing terrace. Svalegang to the west and north.

The beach is perfect for chidren, teenagers and parents. There is enough space to have fun and relax inside for the complete family - also if the weather is not behaving.
