There is also a small roof terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Parking is available right by the apartment, also for electric cars.

Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

The cottage is located on a closed road about 400 meters from the beach. The cottage is for max 4 adults and 3 children + baby. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

(Living area about 75 m2) The apartment is a ground floor-apartment , but you have to use an outdoor or indoor staircase. Not suitable for people with disabilities. There is a lovely view to the garden from both bedrooms. Our house is situated in a quiet area near municipal park.
