Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

This place was incredible. We’re from the area and would never have known it existed, but we’re sure glad we found it! The cabin is in fantastic shape. Clean, well organized, and thematic decor that really sets the tone for the stay. The dock pets are massive, and fun to watch when fed. The private catch and release lake had all kinds of fish, and they were eager to eat. Our kiddo just about lost it at the size of one of the catfish he brought out of it. The fire pit out front offers great views of the night sky with way less light pollution than most places in the area. Jonna and family came and met the crew and were fantastic host. Appreciate the quick booking for a little getaway for our family. We had a blast and would love to come back. Let us know if you ever put it on the market, it’s kinda our dream place :)

prefect location, clean, relaxing, group of 10 everyone was super comfortable, best part: the garage was accessible that we could parked 8 motorcycles inside the garage. We rode in for the horse steel motorcycle rally and we will return, thank you Arkansas! Most definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow what a beautiful home, looks even better in person. The house is laid out wonderfully, the bedrooms are comfortable and spaced so you don’t even hear your own family 😂. I have bed snobs in my family and everyone was happy all the mattresses are super comfy great linens. Backyard was great pool and hot tub both very clean and my 8 year old had a blast with pool toys. The kitchen is great, amazing stove we cooked quite a bit. They had everything from storage bags, seasonings, utensils, pans etc. Hosts were amazing always responded quickly and getting in and out was a breeze. Great location the few nice restaurants in town are close by. This place is a gem for Ft Smith and we will use every time we come to visit my wife’s family. Wonderfull experience!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Heath’s place! The views were amazing, and it was just “out there” enough for what we wanted in our little weekend family getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub (which is covered and just across the gravel drive from the house) and the rocking chairs on the porch overlooking the lake! It was definitely buggy, so bring your bug spray and repellant devices for outside time! This is a total me-thing and not a criticism of Heath, but the house does not have ceiling fans! There is a box fan in the bedroom to compensate, but for fan addicts like myself, this might matter! :) I was very appreciative of the consideration to supply the box fan. Bathrooms were clean and nice, water pressure and temp was great. The beds are modest - Queen size I think - but extremely comfy! All in all a great stay! There were spices, dishes, and adequate utensils in the kitchen, but no storage supplies like ziplocks or plastic wrap so plan ahead if you’ll be cooking! Thanks so much Heath!
