We stayed for 6 people for 3 days. Mr. Fatih and his family were very helpful in everything. The house was quite clean and had all the items we needed. It is a great advantage that it is very close to the center and the beaches, as well as the location where the house is located is a calm neighborhood. We would like to thank Mr. Fatih and his family for their helpfulness throughout the entire process. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind 🙏

The host provided a very helpful check-in experience and answered and helped with many of our questions before check-in. The villa we stayed in was very good in terms of amenities and it was full. It was as if we could just grab our suitcase and come, they even thought of materials we didn't even think of (shower gel, beach towel, spices, Turkish coffee…). The pool and the interior of the house were clean, and the neighborhood was very decent. The only problem with the neighborhood was that the dog barking that started at night woke up our babies, but it wasn't loud enough to wake up the adults. We had a great holiday, thank you so much to Ms. Sonia.

It was a very nice clean villa. The pool was large enough. We went with 6 friends and had a very enjoyable time.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Orhan's brother, Mr. Emre, who took care of us. She was very friendly and warm. She was interested and relevant. The location of the house is very nice and a one-to-one place to relax. Everything we wanted was available at home. It felt like our own home. I really highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place like this.

Place was very clean and close to the market. 10 minutes walking to Cesme Market. Mücahit was very friendly and Responsive! Everything was great. I’ll recommend this place for your Vacation stay!

Great house, great location, great host... great place to relax... its silence, being intertwined with nature, its breeze is worth everything... if you feel like the sea, you're on the beach in 10 minutes... if you feel like moving and having fun, Alaçatı, Çeşme, Ilıca are 20 minutes away... the style and architecture of the house is very good, it has everything. Everything was very nice, we highly recommend it. A clean spacious house, quiet surroundings and 5 minutes by car to the bazaar. We thank Mr. Atilla and his family again. :)

Kaan was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was lovely and Kaan even brought us coffee pods which was a lovely bonus. Check in / out was stress free and the house was really homely. We would stay here again definitely.

Our stay in Alaçatı was absolutely stunning! The home was huge, comfortable, and private, all while being right in the heart of the city. It was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The best part, though, was how welcoming İpek and her cousin were—they were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This experience truly exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was much bigger than it looked, the size of the garden and pool was very ideal. Very suitable for large groups or families. We parked our car easily. The location of the house is very central, we were very close to everywhere. We've been in contact with the host since the beginning. We had a very nice 3 days, thank you.

Our family of 8 really loved the property. It is perfectly located, where you are close to restaurants but it is still very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we spent most of our time outside on patio area. It was just perfect. We are already discussing dates to visit next year

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. The pool, garden, barbecue area, every corner was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across such hosts. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Such a nice house! Perfect for large families and groups of friends. Everything you need is available. It's nice to have a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is a very large living room and kitchen. We had our family dinner at the big table in the garden and enjoyed the pool. The sea is a 4-5 minute walk away. The host is definitely very attentive. Thank you for everything!

Mr. Ilyas is a really good host and helped us a lot in everything. The house was immaculate and quite large. We went with our pet and the garden is very useful for pets. Transportation to the seas was very easy. You can get to many beaches in five to 10 minutes, especially if you have a car. I would be very happy to book Mr. Ilyas' house again when I travel to that region again. We would like to thank him. :)

We had a peaceful holiday experience that fascinated us with its view. The spaciousness and elegance of the loft-style villa, and the fact that it is in touch with nature, made our holiday truly special. It's a great place to relax and make pleasant memories.

This holiday we went as a family was definitely a good experience. It has a clean, stylish, peaceful, calm atmosphere. Details such as linens and kitchenware were clean. The pool and garden were very well-maintained. It made us feel comfortable, it gave us the details we were looking for. Mr. Yakup's communication was very pleasant and professional. I may have only two minor suggestions: First, one of the double beds was a little worn and creaked quite a bit. This affected the comfort of the accommodation. Renovation will increase the value of the house. Secondly, it would be nice to have a few small but much-needed details in the kitchen, such as a few packets of tea, coffee, and a small salt shaker. Such thoughtful touches can make the stay feel more special and complete. Overall, we were very happy, thank you.

Everything was perfect, we met with an immaculate villa, there was air conditioning in every room, he waited for us even though we checked in late, Mr. Çağdaş, the pool is very clean in general, a very well-maintained villa, we reached the famous Alaçatı streets in 2 minutes, there could be a better location to the public beaches in 5 minutes, there are delicious restaurants very close by, but in a very calm and quiet place, we also visited the places recommended by Çağdaş, and despite our research on the internet, we thank you again from here, we will recommend this place to all our friends, we will definitely contact the contemporary gentleman in the next season.

A home where you'll feel at home much more beautiful than it looks in the photos. One street behind the Alaçatı bazaar, within walking distance of everything, I would definitely prefer it when I come back. It's great that the host's response to any questions and is open to feedback.

Ms. Neslihan is really friendly and a very caring lady who meets all our needs, especially the area where the house is located is very suitable for those seeking calm, quiet and peace, I would like to stay again in the future
