Menlo Park sits at the heart of Pretoria's Old East - safe, leafy and perfectly positioned. Hazelwood Village is just steps away with some of the city's best restaurants and cafés. Brooklyn Mall and Menlyn Maine are both within easy reach, and the University of Pretoria, CSIR and major hospitals are all a short drive away - making this an ideal base for both leisure and business.

Cintocare and Faerie Glen Hospitals are 5 minutes by car - ideal for medical visits or patient family stays. In October, the Menlo Park streets turn purple with Jacaranda blossoms - one of South Africa's most beautiful natural spectacles.

The University of Pretoria's High Performance Centre is also just minutes away - a draw for international athletes, coaches and sports scientists visiting Pretoria.
