Take in stunning ocean views from the sunroom and patio, or unwind in the cool, spacious living area - an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday escape. Fully equipped with all the essentials, including a complete kitchen, braai facilities, and two spacious bedrooms, this apartment provides a seamless, and comfortable stay.

The space
Though located in an older apartment block, this charming flat has been beautifully renovated with modern screed flooring and decorated in soothing sea blues and greens. The spacious rooms and living area exude a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, adorned with nautical accents. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need—cooking essentials, crockery, cutlery, and more—to ensure a pleasant stay.

A smaller indoor dining table doubles as a convenient workspace, overlooking the expansive lounge with a cozy L-shaped couch, perfect for lounging, reading, resting, or watching TV. The lounge opens to a sunroom featuring a large dining table and a cozy seating nook.

Step outside to the patio where you can enjoy sea views and the sun. Down the hall, the main bedroom features a large king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. Both rooms share a full bathroom.

Kindly note: There is only space for 1 car to park safely behind the gate in front of the garage. Any other vehicle can be parked outside on the lawn.

The entire apartment is private and exclusively for guest use. Additionally, there is a small garden outside for you to enjoy. The backyard, which includes a BBQ area, is a shared space with other residents in the apartment building.

Please be advised that South Africa is on occasion managing electricity restrictions, and a load shedding schedule will be provided to you in this occurrence.
