Our Arrowood flat is ideally located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach, offering a vibrant retreat. Although the property is next to a busy road, the lively sounds enhance the atmosphere without sacrificing tranquility. With essentials like a full kitchen, secure parking, braai facilities, and DSTV, it’s perfect for a hassle-free stay. No matriculants or "ragers" allowed.

The space
The primary bedroom features two single beds that can be arranged separately, complemented by its own en-suite bathroom with shower. In the second smaller bedroom, two single beds are placed alongside each other. With a second bathroom that includes a shower, the flat has the convenience of two full bathrooms.

The open-plan kitchen and lounge area seamlessly connect to a charming garden and patio, offering captivating ocean views. A short stroll within the complex leads to the pool, situated amidst a lush garden where residents can engage in activities like table tennis and darts while enjoying a refreshing swim, all against a backdrop of stunning vistas.
