가성비도 너무 좋고 창문형 에어컨을 처음 써봤는데 한 방에 두 대씩이나 달려 있어서 그냥 에어컨보다도 시원했어요! 창문 갯수도 많아서 환기도 잘되구 정말 모든 면에서 만족스러웠습니다🥹 광주 갈 일 생기면 진짜 또 들르고 싶습니다!!!

I stayed at Paul's place during my studies at Chonnam and he was a very kind host who listened and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The instructions that Paul gave me on arrival were very clear which enabled me to quickly find the place. The flat is large and very functional, with everything you could possibly need (hairdryer, shower gel, towel, kitchen utensils, etc). The location is perfect: the neighbourhood is quiet, there are plenty of convenience stores or supermarkets right next door, chonnam university is a 7-minute walk away and there are numerous bus stops within a 4/5-minute walk. I would recommend it 100% for both short and long-term stays.

위치가 약간 외진 곳에 있지만 정겨운 동네구요. 차량은 필수로 가지고 오셔야 합니다. 주변에 마트에 가려면 차로 3분정도 가야합니다. 방도 크고 거실도 커서 지내시기에는 너무 좋아요. 강추합니다.

갑자기 숙소를 구해야해서 난처했는데 늦은 시간에도 빠르게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다. 편안하고 아늑한 숙소에서 푹 잤습니다. 특히 침구가 맘에 들었어요. ^^

사진에서 보늠 것보다 더 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다.

J'ai loué ce logement pour 4 mois en tant qu'étudiant en échange. Il est situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l'entrée de Chonnam National. University. Le quartait et l'immeuble sont calmes et sympathiques à vivre. Concernant l'appartement, il est tres bien équipé et spacieux idéal pour une personne seule ou même pour deux. L'hôte, Paul, répond toujours très rapidement à tous les problèmes que j'ai pu avoir et a toujours su me proposer des bonnes solutions. Je recommande très fortement!
