Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Guzmán Abajo

Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Jose’s home was really spacious and the patio was beautiful out back with great views of lush greenery. Places to walk out back. Sleeping was comfortable for the 10 of us that were there. What a great big TV room upstairs and when you open the shutters it was just beautiful. All in all we found the home very nice and relaxing and the location was convenient to San Juan. Some in our group made the trip to the city a couple of times. It rained off and on during our stay, as it often does in the rainforest, but even that looked beautiful under cover of the patio. The community pool is close by, and is nice and large, but I do have to say that it wasn’t that clean on the day we went. Jose was a very responsive and communicative host from time of booking till we left. We had some questions while we were there and he answered almost instantly every time. Thank you Jose for providing a good place for our family to have time together.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Communication was outstanding! I will say for anyone in the future to be aware this location has winding roads with many blind spots also, being that it is in the mountains that presents bugs and while I thought I prepared, we were out $120 in groceries because of them. The bugs made their way into everything, including the microwave but there are some drivable locations for food… it’s just a hassle being so far up the winding roads. Regardless, Roberto took the time to come spray, he was VERY friendly and his son as well was very accommodating. I would definitely book again, perfect spot for couples wanting a peaceful get away. I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

It felt a bit crowded for three people but overall it was a great place to stay.

The ambiance was soo nice and peaceful which was so nice to come and rest to after a long day of loud noises. Nelson was also very nice and went out of his ways to find delicious and local places to eat to. Very beautiful experience

Eduardo’s place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The beach was walking distance and we also enjoyed the pool. We took advantage of having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. Appreciate the basket of beach towels provided. Check-in was easy and grateful for accommodating a late checkout request. Communication was great — he was always responsive. Thank you!

It’s a beautiful property . There were a few hiccups day of arrival but once we communicated with Wally he went above and beyond to accommodate and make our stay pleasant . Would def stay here again.

Great place to stay: modern, comfortable and close to the beach. Super clean and had everything we needed. Carlos is a wonderful host answering all my questions within minutes. It’s conveniently located to places to eat and stores. Checkin/checkouts are super easy.

The Apt is located in a secure place with view to the gulf course and sea which helps with relaxing. Definitely recommend. Details instructions were also given which made the check in easy.

Javier was the most amazing host ever! Super proactive and responsive! He offered suggestions for fun things to do, places to eat, activities and more! His home was beautiful and had toiletries available for use. Everything was super clean and the property was BEAUTIFUL! Super peaceful and quiet! We will be staying here next time we come! Mrs Renee was very attentive even before I made it to the villa. I had to fly out of Newark and she was forwarding information she would see about news with delays or cancellations. She was very responsive and provided very good instructions to get to and out of the grounds where the villa was. From the gate to the villa is quite a distance but she advised of this in advance. A car is a must, not so much of an option, if you’re staying at this villa. The place was cozy with a beautiful view. The place was clean and she had a very kind gesture for my daughter since it was her sixteenth bday. Overall, the place was perfect for our short stay.

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It’s surrounded by nature, it’s absolutely gorgeous, it felt like home, it has everything and more. Loved the sound of nature at night. I loved everything about this Airbnb.

A hidden gem! This rustic cottage in the middle of the countryside but at the same time close to everything was the perfect escape. Surrounded by nature and incredible peace. My stay in this cabin was wonderful! I hope to be back soon!

On our last day of our trip, we booked this Airbnb. And WOW, I mean it’s simply amazing. My fiancé LOVED the outside shower and hot tub, the views of the mountains and sounds of the frogs were so peaceful, especially after the hustle and bustle of days in San Juan. It was a little hard to find, and some of the little lights had no battery’s BUT it doesn’t matter. Book this place, you will LOVE it! 9.9/10. It’s only like 15 minutes away from the city of Guayama. (Food, shopping, etc) Thanks Norberto, our next trip warrants another night or 3 here!

The cabin was perfect for what I was looking for. Peaceful, with high mountain views. The spot is peaceful and private, just me and the coqui's! It's a small cabin, with camping vibes. It's also contemporary and well stocked. The local people were welcoming and warm as well. Highly recommended for a jungle chill out.

Both the BNB and host were incredible! We had a mixup with rental cars our first day arriving and Janice helped us tremendously! All throughout the stay she was responsive and reliable while still giving us privacy. The spot was peaceful and remote with the beautiful sounds of coqui singing us to sleep. I loved the place. When I arrived, my husband and I spent a few minutes processing what we were experiencing. We've never had such a great experience with an Airbnb. It's amazing, better than what you see in the photos.

A quiet place surrounded by nature. It makes you feel at peace. I asked her to decorate for the birthday celebration and Ashley (the girl who cleans the Airbnb) decorated it and every detail I asked her to do was beautiful. Everything was clean, I loved the campfire.
