Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

We are 11 mi from Conway & it’s 3 colleges, 8 mi to Woolley Hollow St Pk, & Greenbrier is center of flea mkt/antique corridor! We have 3 beds (2 queens and 1 full) Wshr/dryr. Relax inside on the comfy sofa with Fire TV or on the back patio enjoying the quiet!

Sitting on over an acre wooded lot, our home is the perfect retreat for any family, couple, or small group. We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Great lake retreat with a large covered and uncovered deck space for relaxation and star gazing. Lake house sits on a flat 2.5 acre lot with private access to expansive rock point for swimming, fishing and sitting and relaxing with the lake all around you. Master suite: king bed and 20 ft ceilings; Guest room: one bunkbed and one queen bed and TV with DVD player. Cozy living room and kitchen, wood burning fireplace, SmartTV. Good cell signal, wifi, and fire pits for s'more roasting!

Relax by the fire while you watch a movie on the cabin’s outdoor projection screen. This cabin is not lacking in views either from the stary night sky to the sunset on the mountain you will surely want to take plenty of pictures. Only a 10 minute drive from the town square this cabin will give you a country setting with the convenience of being close to town.

You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.
