Vacation rentals with beach access in Gustavia

The apartment is lovely. Modern bathroom & kitchen; comfortable bed. All very clean. Small outdoor space opens to a larger area and wooded walkway to the beach. Parking, though tight, is very convenient in this residential neighborhood. Owners also have car rental service, which is very convenient. This neighborhood definitely requires a car, and is a 10 minute drive to Gustavia or St. Jean/airport. Owner was very helpful when we could not locate the property; met us at the airport and we followed them to the property. Flamands beach is quite wide and long. A beautiful resort, Le Cheval Blanc, is a short walk away at the end of the beach. Perfect for upscale dining and cocktails. Most other restaurants 10 to 15 minute drive away in St. Jean or Gustavia. Ângelo is a great host , responds super fast to all messages ! His father Michel who was also there to access if needed is a dear and very helpful gentleman! I lost near the night through the streets of Saint Barth and he went to rescue me because I had no internet or GPS ! It was cool! The house surprised me! The view is beautiful ! Super spacious , clean and equipped kitchen! I was inspired to cook and serve me as a delicious breakfast with every Sunrise ! Beautiful! It was a delightful stay, I will definitely return to enjoy more intensely the pleasures that Saint Barth brings us, soul , heart and mind ! Here everything connects ! Jean Bernard is the consummate host! He was extremely hospitable and very quick to reply, and he was so friendly! We absolutely loved staying at his gorgeous house on the beach. It was the ideal place for our family reunion of sorts. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals if you want to. We lived going to the bakery up the hill and also thought the local pizza place and Vietnamese place were both great! All within walking distance though we drove to the bakery. The house is 5 minutes drive from Gustavia and has 2 parking spots if needed. Definitely rent a car for SBH. This house was gorgeous and the view of the sea from the deck is just breathtaking. We loved sitting on the deck and we used the hottub a little. We would definitely stay here again because Corossol is a gorgeous little beach that isn't crowded. Thank you JB!!

We spent 5 wonderful days at Patricia's house! Everything was perfect. The location is great, close to a bakery and also Monoprix. Every day we get croissants in the morning! The beach was just a few steps from the house! I would definitely go back to this beautiful house! There was a day when 2 very nice Brazilian women cleaned the house and it was very good! Thank you very much Patricia for your attention!

Sigolene was so responsive, she met us at our Airbnb to greet us and give us a tour. I can’t say enough good things about the location. You’re 2 minutes from Nikki beach. If you’re looking for location, this is the place for you.

Emmanuelle’s place was absolutely wonderful- truly even better than the photos! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Julien met us at the airport and brought us straight to the house, and he did the same for our departure. The home itself was beautifully arranged, fully equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Despite its central location, it felt very private and peaceful, with a lovely view and great separation between the rooms, giving everyone their own space. Julien was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, offering great local recommendations and always being available when needed. This place is totally worth the price- if not more!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

It was our second time staying at Jean’s place and it was even better than the last. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport and still very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous views from the living room, shower & rooftop. Bed was extremely comfortable & the entire place was spotless. We plan on coming back & staying here again whenever we do. Camille's accommodation matches the photos exactly, very flexible host with a very warm welcome. We loved this studio with a beautiful view, and our only regret is not renting this apartment sooner. Book with your eyes closed if you want to stay on the island while feeling at home.

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. My girlfriend and I were blown away by how clean, comfortable, and well-stocked the place was from water, soda, and sunscreen to even phone chargers. The view of Saint Martin from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and made our trip even more memorable. We’ve had good hosts before, but Georgi was by far the most helpful and genuinely caring we've ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a beautiful Airbnb with a scenic view and an amazing host, this is definitely the one to book!

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!
