Good place to stay with family

Lovely house. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. Very responsive, calm and easy hostess, helped with everything and prepared a lot of firewood for us, as we asked. Therefore, at the large, warm fireplace, we sat every evening for a few hours in cool comfortable armchairs and lay on the carpet. In general, everything is very thoughtful in the house, there are tables, chairs everywhere, you can comfortably settle in any place. There is fresh air and quiet around. The sea is just a few steps away through the beautiful spans - a real buzz. I didn't want to leave so much that we seriously thought about burning passports))

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent! This is a place for a relaxed vacation. Spacious, beautiful house. Beautiful view from the bedroom to the pine forest. Large green area. The house was cool, although it was 30 degrees outside. There is parking at the house. The host is responsive, always very quick to respond to messages. Sandy beach one minute away. Everything is made for a comfortable stay for the whole family! I recommend this house! Now this is one of the favorite places in Georgia

Amazing Host. when I was in trouble, her whole family helped us. Host couples both are very kind and her son speaks English very well. my heart so touched while stay here. room is big and bed is comfortable. Host gave us Wine for welcome presents. Amazing 👏 🤩 Location is great. Close to the beach and also main load of restaurants

Great flat! One of the best I’ve seen in Georgia after living there for 2 years. The location is near everything in the town. The beach is 5 minutes walk. The owner is very helpful and friendly

We liked the location and apartment. My only complaint was thinking there were 2 beds (based on a photo and the listing description). We stayed a month -sleeping on a sofa bed for a month was not what I expected as an older traveler. The one actual bed was decent and used by the taller of us. Other than that, everything was fine and we were generally comfortable. Caution: If you’re a light sleeper, you might be sensitive to neighbors nighttime noises. Hosts were helpful.

I learned everything I needed from the host. The apartment is next to the city hall in the center, so everything was at your fingertips. To the sea 2 minutes to the center 2 minutes 👍🏻👍🏻

I loved this apartment. It is very spacious, nice natural light during the morning, good kitchen, great balcony and comfortable bed. Everything was good and I felt very comfortable. I I didn't want to leave the apartment at all. I know it is hard to find good airbnbs like this one that ✅️ all the things that I like and look for in an apartment. The hosts were very friendly. Would come back again if needed! And I would recommend it to a friend ;)

The best thing here is to wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the sea. The noise of the waves compensates for all the shortcomings!

If you are alone or in a couple, this is a great option for a vacation not in a room at a hotel, but in a cozy apartment with everything you need. Shops, cafes, beach - everything is nearby. But most importantly - caring hosts)) I was completely satisfied and now I know who to write to when I am in Kobuleti again. Thanks again!

Hosts are very responsive. 5 minutes to the sea and it's good that the house is not on the first line, there is no noise from restaurants. We had a crib on purpose. Everything corresponds to the photos and description.

To the sea 7 minutes on foot. The apartment is spacious and has two balconies. A good view from the balcony of the mountains. The building is old, a little scary on the balcony. The host is responsive, promptly responded to any domestic problems.

Convenient location Great balcony and the view Freshly remodelled and very good looking Well equipped kitchen Big mirrors and huge wardrobe Nice bed and bathroom AC is quiet and reliable The only downside -- occasional water supply shortages :( Walls are thin so that I was able to hear neighbours next door celebrating, but they were quiet at night, so actually no issues here

We stayed at modern apartments on the coast of the Black Sea, just a 200-meter walk to the water. The apartments were great, offering good views of the lush green surroundings and the sea from our windows. They were very comfortable and furnished in a minimalistic style. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the nearest grocery shop was just 300 meters away and open 24 hours. The only minor disappointment for us as mature swimmers was that the lifeguards preferred everyone to stay in waist-deep water, limiting our swimming. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Elene is a very nice host. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beach is around the corner too. We were there with the baby and it was very good.

The cleanest Airbnb I've seen in Georgia. The apartment looks even better than in the photos
