Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

There is no kitchen (No cooking or washing dishes, yay) Connected to a large family home but is separate from the household. 2 blocks to Main Street & 7 mi to Cooper. No children under 12 please.
