Beach condo vacation rentals in Gulf Highlands

The convenience is perfect! You have a pretty short walk to the beach and pools are directly outside the rooms. You must try the coffee shop! I was pleasantly surprised at the restaurant and bar located on the resort. The condo has just about everything you’ll need. Just bring food, clothes and sunblock. This is very family friendly and even on a Friday night, everyone was quiet pretty early. The beds were so comfortable and there streaming services to watch if you need some down time from the beach. We will definitely be back. Everything including the beach is beautiful and peaceful. Thank you for hosting our family Sharon 🙏🏻

Enjoyed our stay,6-7 /6-12 had a blast with our family of 5! Bring Toilet paper & 13 gallon trash bags! Had plenty of space in our down time and plenty to do while staying here. Pools are quieter in the morning when they first open for our little one who’s learning to swim! Everyone had fun!

This was the perfect condo for our girls weekend! Everything was very clean, the kitchen well supplied, and the beds super comfy. We had someone sleeping on the pull out sofa and they even said it was the most comfortable one they’d ever slept on. Rachel was super friendly and informative and responded quickly if we had any questions. The property was fantastic! There was hardly ever a wait at the elevators to the 18th floor and we were able to get from our condo to the beautiful beach with ease. The pools there were great and our group really appreciated the little beach bar and grill on the boardwalk. Such a great stay! Would highly recommend!

The location was perfect as it was very close to shopping and restaurants. The pools were both very nice and clean. the condo itself was very quite and peaceful. Greg was very helpful and quick to respond to questions and went above and beyond to help when I had questions. It was a beautiful place to stay and would stay there again!

Dwight’s Place was absolutely fantastic. The kids loved the short walk to the beach and we loved the ease of access to the surrounding area. Dwight was super proactive and provided clear instructions of what to expect. We would definitely book with Dwight again. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. A solid five star host and stay.

Great condo in Fort Morgan. Very clean! Massive island in kitchen. Two restaurants and multiple food trucks at resort which was super convenient. Bianca was very helpful and was always quick to respond. Highly recommend!

2 teenager girls and myself stayed 3 nights. When we arrived access was super easy and it was absolutely GORGEOUS. The inside of the condo itself was clean and beautiful. Liz has really done a great job detailing out everything that needs to known! We loved that there were board games!! Outside of the condo there are so many things at the resort, you really don’t ever have to leave. Village shopping, club house, a full daily itinerary of things to do, pickleball, arcade, billiards, and SO MUCH MORE. We thank you Liz, for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo & how wonderful you were as a host. We will definitely be returning!

The entire stay went smoothly and they were incredibly thoughtful as well as responsive. It was a tad pricy for taste but I wouldn’t change it. There were a few dirty pans but with a light scrub they were fine.

We loved our stay at Tracie’s. We had the beautiful view of the bay and the lighted pier was great. Just a short walk to the beach. The place was very spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. I loved that there were chairs, a cart, and umbrella for us to use. It’s just a short little ride to all of the attractions and great restaurants. I really appreciated the snacks and water they included by the Keurig coffee maker. My family and I had a great time and will definitely be back! Thank you Traci!

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. Shopping, places to eat and the beach all within walking distance. What more do you need? We will definitely stay here again.

If you are OK with not being directly on the beach or waterfront, this place is for you. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, beautiful design. We felt right at home. I would highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing time during our stay. Our family had enough to space to relax. We do wish there had been a table and chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy a meal outside and the sitting area in the living room did not have couches with a supportive back. They were more like daybeds so lounging in the living room was tricky for our family. Overall the beds were very comfortable, we had plenty of towels/linens in the bathroom, and the place was so spacious. The view was 10/10 and the property and grounds were perfect for us and the kids. Karen was an amazing host and reached out several times to check in with us and make sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much!!

Such an amazing experience!! If you are looking for a condo that is extremely kid friendly and stocked to help the parents out, this is the place! Full of several games, packnplay that was extremely clean, and splash pad!! This is the best place to stay with kids or without! Felt like home away from home!

Great place to stay! Condo was exactly as described. Fantastic views from the balcony. Location is great, last building before the State Park so the beach is less busy. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pools on the property when taking a break from the beach. You can tell the hosts take pride in their condo. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very easy to find and access, and parking was always a breeze with plenty of spots available near the elevator. The pools were great, and the beach access was fantastic, just steps away with an incredible ocean view from the condo. It was clean, well equipped, and included everything we needed, even a washer and dryer. The luggage carts were very handy and always available. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful, newly renovated condo with Stunning Gulf Views. Balcony access from Living Room and MBR made for the BEST mornings and cotton candy skies. This condo is very spacious. A group of 11, 3 families with 5 teenage boys and we had plenty of space . Every bedroom has its own bathroom, very clean, best views of the water and a very light space. Hot tub was a bonus and very useful. The management team is very responsive. The only issue we had: quality of pillows are low. They are all the not expensive flat ones. So take your pillow. The space is beautiful so it was not that big of a deal. The other thing is make sure you take your own salt/pepper and oil and all food ingredients. There is none in the house. Plenty of plates, wine glasses and appliances. Overall, we loved this condo and will certainly be back.

This place is nothing short of incredible! The views were amazing and the space is comfortable like home. We enjoyed staying so much and will definitely be back!
