Beautiful summer cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Our cozy wooden cottage is the perfect getaway! The main house has a living room, dining area and kitchen combined in one, with a sofa bed for two. The bedroom has a double bed with a private entrance, and the bathroom offers a shower for peace and relaxation. From the kitchen, you can go out on a large wooden terrace – perfect for morning coffee and dinners. 4 min. walk to the beach/water and shared swimming pool in the summer. Chromecast, books and basic items such as shampoo, conditioner and coffee machine. Bring your own bedding and towels.

The large and closed garden invites you to enjoy, play, and relaxation. The Baltic Sea's distant roar and the birds' singing will be your daily background music. The house is ideal for a family holiday or weekend, as well as a work stay in peace and quiet. The house is cleaned upon arrival – therefore a mandatory cleaning fee.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Cozy cottage on a closed road with two small rooms (one with 140x200 bed and one with two single beds 70x190cm), kitchen with dining area, bathroom and living room with sofa area. In addition, covered terrace. The area is the perfect place for peace and quiet; close to Bøtøskoven, Gedesby Strand and Gedesby Mølle. As a guest, you must bring your own bed linen, towels, dish towels, etc. There is no cleaning fee, as you are expected to clean yourself at the end of the visit: -)
