Relax in this quiet and well-decorated studio with stunning views of nature. Located upstairs with an independent entrance. Ideally located close to the Canut Valley, Ker Lann Campus and the Exhibition Centre and 25 km from Rennes or Paimpont. Bed linens and towels are provided. No TV. Hi , We offer a 27 m2 studio in the basement of our house. Access is independent. The entire place does not include any shared rooms. It is intended for 2 people. Quiet environment: the accommodation is located in a private cul-de-sac. Warning: - The screen visible in the photos is a simple screen for connecting your computer via HDMI. So there's no TV. - The living room/bedroom window has no shutter, only 1 blackout blind. We look forward to welcoming you!
