Je loue mon studio à Guéthary au Pays Basque (entre Biarritz et St-Jean-de-Luz), à 15/20 min. de la plage à pied et 10 min. à pied des restos et bars du village. Il se compose d'une pièce chambre/salon/bureau, d'un coin cuisine séparé et d'une pièce fermée salle de bain/WC. Il est lumineux, rénové en 2021 et entièrement équipé : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four/micro-ondes, frigo, congélateur, machine à café espresso, vaisselle, wifi (fibre), etc. Place de parking gratuite devant la résidence.

Situé au premier étage d une des maisons les plus anciennes de guethary, ce duplex a été rénové récemment. Ses murs en pierre, et ses poutres font tout son charme. Il dispose d un grand salon - séjour avec un poêle à bois, d’une cuisine séparée et de 3 chambres dont deux sous les toits. Il dispose également d’un jardin privatif, d un abri de jardin où il y a planches de surf et vélos électriques à disposition des locataires et d un parking privé. Il est situé à 600m de la plage de parlementia.
