You can enjoy a large private garden, the large park with its pond, its diverse wild fauna and flora. Go on a seaside getaway easily, which is less than 8km away, for a walk, a swim. At the edge of the house passes a GR as well as the bike path allowing you to reach the beaches by bike.

You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

Ideally located, the bay of La Baule, the port of Le Pouliguen and the ramparts of Guérande are only 2 kilometers away.
