Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Not sure where to start but Let me summarize that I have stayed at AirBnb’s around the globe and this was the best one to date! For more details: the host Hannah was super responsive, and proactive. Abdel was always available to answer questions, solve and fix anything we needed. Rachida’s breakfast was perfect. We also ordered dinner one night that Rachida cooked for us. The lamb tagine was the best we had in all of Marrakesh- this is a must try if you like your tagine to be balanced in sweet and savory. All in all a highly customer focused staff at our disposal throughout. We are a family of 4, including kids. Our boys had a wonderful time at the Riad and we all loved the incorporation of indoor/outdoor space, just like the pics. The location was fantastic - walkable and hip. Like many Riads around, this is not close to a drivable street, but Abdel was with us to show us in and out and also arranged for a cart to get our luggage to the car. A five star accommodation!

Our stay at Riad Modjakech was simply unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by Marco, in a serene and friendly atmosphere. The riad is a real gem, combining the charm of traditional Moroccan architecture with modern comforts. Each room is tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere that emerges invites you to relax. Everything was sparkling clean (thanks also to the vacuum cleaner king ;-) The location is ideal: quiet alley, just minutes from the bustle of the medina. After our days of discovery, we liked to relax on the terrace and its pool. A huge thank you to Mohamed and Fatima, who were simply exceptional. Mohamed was able to advise us accurately on the activities, and Fatima… what a cook! You don't want to miss the tajine. We'll be back for sure

Everything about the riad was as described and lovely. It’s a short walk to the markets and shops. We had breakfast and dinner made by Mariam a few times and she was an absolute gem! The AC Works great and while there was 3 of us there, we never ran out of hot water. The bedrooms are a great size, especially the 2 on the second floor with a lot of room to spread out. The host arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and brought to the riad, which was so helpful. I think we would have gotten lost without that! He also arranged a car for us to get to the airport very early in the morning- again, VERY helpful. Colle was very responsive and even shared a list of recommendations upon check in.

We stayed her for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. It was absolutely beautiful. A little oasis of tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff went over and above to look after us and the breakfast was amazing.

A really spacious riad with an excellent location. It is just a short walk away from the main tourist attractions, but is quiet and peaceful being just off the main street. We slept well throughout our stay. The riad had everything we needed. The housekeeper Fatima was so friendly and provided us with a delicious breakfast every day which made our stay very relaxing. Karine replied quickly and efficiently to our messages both before and during our stay and answered all the questions we had. She also arranged a transfer from the airport, which was very helpful, particularly as we were new to Marrakech. There were plenty of rooftop restaurants nearby and a supermarket at the end of the street. It's an excellent location for an authentic medina experience and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at and I can’t recommend it enough!! The riad is gorgeous, spacious, and clean as well as very centrally located to all of Marrakech’s major sites. Bahia was an amazing help and always went above and beyond for us - answering all our questions, giving us directions, printing our boarding passes, and cooking us a delicious breakfast every morning. Our visit to Marrakech would not have been the same without her. Do not hesitate to book this place!!

We had a fantastic stay at Sam’s wonderful apartment! The place was super clean, very quiet, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing with my family. Communication with Sam was smooth and easy; he replied quickly and was always helpful. Honestly, we wish we had booked a few more nights because we didn’t want to leave! picturesque, boutique style apartment with hip design pieces and signatures - spotless kitchen facilities, and a great place to stay either for families, two couples of friends or - as we - business partners. Nice terrace. Hospitable, professional host with great recommendations of the neighborhood and restaurants (Farmers and +61 for dinner; Blue Ribbon for breakfast/brunch/bakery; Kartell for coffee/hang-out) Some repairs/construction was going on in the backyard during our visit, but nothing bothersome

Sami is a very responsive host. The apartment is very well located, clean and well decorated. The bedding is extremely comfortable.

An absolute dream! A beautiful, large apartment, high up in an old, quite well-kept house in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Gueliz! The apartment looks even nicer and bigger than the pictures and has a beautiful atmosphere! The balcony is indescribable - a quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Gueliz! Various restaurants, shops etc. right outside the door, everything else (Medina, Jardin Marjorelle, shopping centers) within walking distance! We would come back anytime! Great apartment and great host!

Where to start … we had a great time with the family (great grandparents , grandparents , grandchildren and great grandchildren. The Riad was perfectly located to discover the famous red city; a remarkable cleanliness and as described. But how not to talk about Hanane and Radija: availability , kindness , excellent food, lots of tenderness and kindness. Two upsetting people as they were attentive and adorable. Two people who marked our stay and thanks to whom we will keep a wonderful memory of this time spent with family. Looking forward to coming back soon . Thank you for everything

Anass's house is very beautiful, spacious and well decorated with all the necessary comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, everyday utensils, etc.) and very nice "extras" (billiards, table tennis, swimming pool, barbecue). We had a lovely time there. Anass is very responsive and caring. Naïma (the cook) obviously contributed to the quality of our stay. The house is located about twenty minutes from the center in a developing area (restaurants and a Carrefour Market 5 minutes by car).

Afifa and Jean Claude's place was just what we needed after a long drive from the Sahara, and a nice respite from the busy nature of Marrakech. The architecture and lush landscaping truly can be captured with the word, "oasis." Their staff, Hamza and his wife, Fatima, tended to what we needed while giving us our space and privacy. The meals were nicely prepared, and taxis were scheduled as needed. The included airport transit is a very nice touch. Don't be alarmed when going to their place for the first time, as you will access via a dirt road (there is development around their home), because once you enter the gate, you're in a whole new world of relaxation. The pool was lovely, and we saw chickens, a turtle, and even peacocks on the property as we enjoyed the lounge chairs outside. We very much enjoyed our stay as we were treated to the lap of luxury for a few days.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Villa with plenty of space and lovely surroundings, Fatiha was superfast to respond to any queries that we had and also let us check in early and check out late which we really appreciated and added to the enjoyment of our holiday. We would stay again.

The staff were also outstanding and highly recommend the home cooked meal on offer from the hosts. Nadia prepared an excellent evening meal.

We had a great time at the Villa des Arts. The house is beautiful, spacious, and the bathrooms in all the rooms are a real asset. We'll be back with pleasure.

A great stay in this beautiful villa located about 20 minutes' drive from the center. An impeccable welcome by Nourdine who went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The villa is extremely well designed and perfect for large groups. Very good standing. Finally, a big thank you to the cook who treated us to her tajine and couscous, bravo!

A peaceful haven in the middle of Marrakech, Sandrine's villa is just perfect for combining travel/visits and rest. Sandrine is the perfect host. It connects you easily with the right people. The pool is long enough to swim in. Soumia, discreet and efficient, is a real added value. Many restaurants are available on foot. As well as a traditional hammam and massage parlors, hairdressing, etc.! In short, we spent 2 wonderful weeks there, already for the quality of the link, and then for the kindness and professionalism of Sandrine and Soumia! Thanks! 🙏
