Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gudauta

The accommodation is well situated, 5 min walking distance from the sea, shops and restaurants. We were with 2 kids and spent 9 nights in Ruslan's apartment. Recommend!

very nice modern place. kitchen has everything you might need, even a nutcracker. water pressure in the shower is good. there are a lot of supermarkets , fruit markets and cafes, thrift stores + tobacco shop nearby. thank to Giorgi for assisting us with late check in.

Thank you so much for this wonderful place to stay! We stayed with our parents, we really liked it) Near the house there are many good shops and shops with vegetables and fruits. Literally 200 meters from the central market of Kobuleti. Close to the sea. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Mountain view from the window. A lot of dishes, the hostess put three towels, slippers, shampoo and soap for each. A bottle of wine was also very pleasant! Thank you) I recommend this place, we will come back here again!

the apartment fully corresponds to the description. being in the central square. this is good and bad. The good thing is that everything is literally nearby: beach, supermarket, cafe a lot, market. The bad thing is that this is a center and therefore it can be noisy: cars, restaurants and dogs. But if you close the doors, there are not so noisy dogs. There are a lot of dogs, they themselves are kind, but in the morning they are constantly barking🤣. Ilia (the host) was constantly on the touch, greeted, posted everything, told me everything and showed me where and what you can buy/see/walk. The beach with large stones and sand, so bring shale for the beach. There may be long rains (this is the black sea, not the Mediterranean), you need to be ready for this. The apartment is clean. Everything is there for unassuming guests. The staircase to the last floor is steep, you need to keep in mind to old people and people from the nod. in general, only the best impressions of the apartment and the hosts left only the best impressions. The best thing here is to wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the sea. The noise of the waves compensates for all the shortcomings!

Tamar’s place felt like home because there was everything you could think of at hand, it felt like there actually lives a host who takes care of everything. Tamar also was very flexible regarding checking in & out which was a life saver considering our bus schedules. The place has minimalistic and modern vibe, is very comfortable and the location is great: right on the beach. You can even watch the sunsets from balcony☺️

I stayed at Rusudan's place with friends when attending a film festival in Poti. The place was very tidy, and quite spacious. It is located on the 3rd floor (without an elevator). The bedroom overlooks at the port that is busy during day and night. There might be a slight noise coming in from the port, but I was not disturbed, on contrary I really enjoyed, but my friend had to use earplugs. Rusudan has been very communicative and it was easy to check in and check out. I really enjoyed my stay.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Kobuleti: + Inga's place is clean, comfortable and close to the seaside; + our communication with Inga and Luca was smooth and nice.

House as in the photos. Situated in the common area with other holiday homes. The hostess lives in the next house and always helped on arising questions. Where is everything you need in house. In the backyard a cozy location with a table and a hammock. To the beach 5 minutes walk. To the central market 5 minutes walk. Very pleasant owners!

Four freestanding cabins on a quiet street in Ureki. Hosts live here, available 24/7, helpful. Good stay in a good location. A real cottage in the village:-)

We’ve had an incredible time at Giorgi’s house. Comfortable little terrace with a breeze from the sea, barbecue zone, parking space under the house in the shade, walkable long shore is all yours. Giorgi is very friendly and talkative. You might be lucky to hear a cool story from him. It’s an extra bonus!

We had an amazing stay at Anna's. The house is in a beautiful village, not far from Kintrishi Nature Reserve and you can see a stunning sunset from the house. It is a very spacious house with huge outdoor areas. Very Highly recommended for anyone who is traveling by car and wants to stay near amazing nature, outside the city noise but still within a short driving distance to great beaches like Tsikhisdziri beaches

We had a rest in early July in this beautiful house, with a hospitable and very kind host Vitaly. The house is located near the sea for 7-10 minutes on a very picturesque trail, the beach is clean, the beach is clean, the sea is also clean and emerald, it was a pleasure to swim. The house had 4 spacious rooms and kitchen of which 3 bedrooms with double bedrooms of dressers and wardrobes are all as described in the photo, spacious living room with comfortable sofa table and TV. Also a large kitchen with all household appliances. Bathroom with washing machine and hot water. The rooms are air-conditioned. On the street there is a spacious gazebo in which you can have fun in the evening and just sit back to relax. Near the house you can eat, two cafes and in 10 minutes there is a store, but you can buy everything in cafes at the prices of the store. In the vicinity there are 2 cities dry and New Athos it takes 15 minutes to get to them, there are markets of cafes, shops are actually all that can be interesting for a tourist, by the way, Vitaly always helped us to carry out a transfer there. Host Vitaly is a very hospitable and pleasant person. Helped in resolving all issues related to recreation, each of his advice made our vacation better more practical and interesting, especially we enjoyed our trip to sightseeing, in his big jeep he took us to all the sights and hidden places of beautiful Abkhazia, and having made time so we saw everything without crowds of tourists. We would like to thank Vitaly for a wonderful vacation of our company with interesting stories and care for us during our entire stay in Abkhazia.

Hosts are very responsive. 5 minutes to the sea and it's good that the house is not on the first line, there is no noise from restaurants. We had a crib on purpose. Everything corresponds to the photos and description.
