Vacation rentals with beach access in Guayama

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar. It has a beautiful private ocean front setting. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in front of us. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we had every amenity we needed. This part of PR is not heavily touristed, and we experienced a small slice of local life. There are parks within driving distance, and many fish and seafood restaurants nearby. We highly recommend a stay at La Vista Del Mar. Thank you, Jim and Teresa for your warm hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose and Omayra’s Airbnb in Punta Santiago. The space is a private sublet apartment located at the rear of their main home, and it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after hot days of exploring. Jose and Omayra were warm and welcoming hosts who took the time to clearly explain the house rules and how everything worked, which made settling in easy. They also provided a helpful guidebook full of local tourist attractions and were full of great recommendations for things to see and do. The property features several shared spaces like a cozy front patio and a charming coffee bar—perfect for relaxing in the morning. The location is peaceful and set in the countryside, yet conveniently located near several key attractions like El Yunque National Forest, El Río Hippie, and the Humacao Nature Reserve. Three of us visited from Texas. We wanted something away from San Juan and closer to our family in Guayama. Be aware if you are not used to driving in PR, this place may not be for you. You must drive over windy roads in the mountains. As far as the condo, my only complaint is having to wait on the gentlemen at the gate to be present to open it. Thankfully, it only happened once, and just for a few minutes. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place and location if you like peace and quiet. It is located high on a hill so the view is impressive. We took advantage of the elevation to walk up and down the hills. The beach is not suitable for swimming as it is very rough water but the nature reserve is a nice place to walk. The condo does have a great pool. The nearby restaurants are great. The grocery store, Mi Gente, is close by if you are note wanting to eat out every day. The condo was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. I would highly recommend. It is a perfect place to relax.

This space is one of a kind, especially in such a stunning part of the island. Everything was extremely clean and organized, check in was easy at the gate, and the roof top patio quickly became home. We are already planning our next stay. We ran into one small issue which was not the hosts fault but they were very quick to get us information and communicate. 100% will stay here again!

Would stay at her place again. Comfy bed and pillows. Has all you need. Left one of my bags behind after check out and she made it easy for me to go back and pick it up. Great host.

We had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s beachfront villa. Everything was exactly as described. The home was clean, comfortable, and ready for us when we arrived. Jessica was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is incredible. The beach is just steps from the porch. The views fantastic. While the ocean currents make it less ideal for swimming right in front of the house, there is a sandbar where we safely splashed and played with our kids. It felt peaceful and private. Most days we had the beach entirely to ourselves. We loved walking the shoreline, collecting conch shells, giant sand dollars, sea glass, and other treasures. If you are looking for a quiet beach escape away from the crowds, this place is perfect. We would absolutely come back.

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. Our stay here was nothing short of fantastic. The view coming out of the house our first morning was breathtaking. This little house is literally nestled right in between the Caribbean Sea and the mountains. Nearby are several exceptional restaurants and about 30 minutes away are smallish towns with shops, pharmacies, etc. The house is exactly as described, with a gorgeous outdoor living and dining room on the first floor near the pool, with a full bathroom. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, kitchenette, living room and another full bathroom. The beach was about 100 steps away from the property. The pool was fantastic for when the sea was a bit choppy and at night. We fished and swam in the sea and saw lots of sea life snorkeling. We wanted for nothing and the hosts were quick to respond, super helpful and very friendly. I can't wait to return! Note there are screens on the windows if you don't like bugs. We did encounter a few mosquitoes, but not many.

The little house. It is a very comfortable place for two adults and one or two small children. The house has all your necessities, we cooked several days and grilled outside; was very enjoyable. The backyard view is unforgettable, very early in the morning the water is calm, there is easy access to the water for the rental kayaks that the house had, was all unforgettable moments. Nearby restaurants and coffeehouse are excellent Food and very tasty snacks, that you can walk to. We went in mango season and they are everywhere and they’re so close to the ground that you can pick them or pick the newest fall from the trees, they’re very tasty. We thank you Michel and we surely will return .

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

we had a great stay at bennys place. the home was comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. the beds were comfy and the kitchen had pretty much everything needed the neighbors were also friendly. the host were great people and available to help in anything we would need. definitely recommend this olace. the town aldo had pretty much many well known restaurants and shopping stores. also house was waling distance to the beach . looking to return again soon and will be staying in this home. thank you benny!

The place is beautiful, was very clean and had everything I needed for amenities; has great lightning, a/c, internet, washer/dryer, hot water and so on; I felt so secure and safe(it is imperative for me since I am a female and travels alone), the community is very quiet, private and super secure, you have to go through 2 security check points to get to the apartment, great communication with Jaidy, very nice and caring lady. Thanks for letting me Stay in your Place I just Love it, difinetely will go back! DID I MENTIONED THAT IT IS A BEAUTIFUL FANCY PLACE?! 😍

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The host was awesome—very welcoming and responsive throughout our visit. This was in a great place. My only regret is that we didn't stay here a few more days. it was clean, roomy the beach is literally less than a 2 minute walk. Our host was exceptional.

Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. The Airbnb was excellent. The place was quiet and safe; my kids played outside without a care. The pool was just for us, and although we didn't go to the beach, walking along the coast was spectacular. The room was impeccable, with everything you need and a nice scent. They even had repellent available, which was useful for mosquitoes in the morning and at sunset. It's an Airbnb in a prime location. We loved it and want to go back!

What an amazing property and host. The first night there was a power outage on the entire property that caused the air conditioning fuse to fritz and it was very hot in the unit. Our host was so accommodating that they were willing to relocate us to another amazing penthouse unit. The next morning they fixed the issue and left a little gift for our inconvenience. I would recommend this property and will be back soon.

Greg’s place made me feel so secure and right at home, there was a beautiful a atmosphere, view of the ocean from the balcony, pool, a/c and everything else you could look for in an Airbnb. 10/10 I highly recommend taking this trip to Greg’s place!!

Great location with 2 beautiful golf courses. Big resort with everything you need right there. Very secure area and the view from the front door is amazing.
