I loved staying in this house, which was spacious enough for our family. We arrived in 5 cars and they all fit inside the property. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Paula’s place was the perfect home base for our stay in Antigua—organized, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication with her team was outstanding: clear, helpful, and impressively prompt. Dalila’s property was perfect for our group of four. The layout was spectacular and coffee on the rooftop patio was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We has a great stay at Alfredo's place. The house looked even better than the pictures in person. It is very beautiful, peaceful and serene. The location is excellent, it is in walking distance of many restaurants and stores. If you want to venture further into town you can catch an Uber or Tuktuk at a very good price. Alfredo and Martha met us at the house during check in, it was nice to meet them. They provided us with information about the house as well as the area and activites which was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, the only issue we had was that 6 nights was not long enough. We still have so much that we want to do in Antigua and the surrounding areas, so we will definitely be visiting again. I recommend and will be staying at Alfredo's place again in the future. We spent a delightful week at this lovely townhome. Arriving late at night in Antigua, we so appreciated the breakfast welcome basket of banana bread, marmalade, coffee and flor de Jamaica juice. The house is beautifully furnished and spacious with plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread out. Located in a gated community a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Antigua’s busy streets, the home’s setting is strikingly tranquil – and perfect for sleeping. Our family loved the solar heated swimming pool surrounded by bougainvillea and hanging ferns. Philippa and Flor, the host and the manager, were so responsive and helpful. Flor shared some excellent restaurant recommendations with us. The guidebook to the house (and Antigua) was the best I’ve ever seen at an Airbnb. And the housekeepers Mikaela and Karla were so welcoming. We can’t wait to return!

The accommodation is extraordinary. In a safe area and shops nearby. The apartment is nice, comfortable, cozy, with excellent ventilation, cool, spacious, with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Guatemala. And if you have to work, it has a well-lit and very comfortable workspace, with an excellent internet signal with which you can browse without problems. Every year we visit Guatemala, and we always try to stay with Gabriela, because of the proximity, her beautiful and fine hospitality that makes us feel at home and that she is always attentive to any needs that may arise. Thank you very much Gaby!!!

The place is just like in the photos and super complete and clean. Check-in was easy and the instructions were very clear. I recommend it!!

Overall, great and quick overnight stay. It is a little difficult to find since there are 2 different addresses on the listing but you need to read the actual description to find the correct address. Great views of the city and safe building.

Great place to stay in the heart of Zona 4. Lively area surrounded by restaurants, supermarket downstairs. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the host is super responsive and friendly. Recommended!

I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment was bigger than expected. The only issue is the noise, you can hear from other apartments or outside. But its totally worth it, it was great!

Everything great the 24 hour security feels nice & the parking right in front is hard to find in Antigua. WiFi works best from second floor. Nice small patio outdoor area & close enough to walk places. She has a nice few selection of books in English to read while at your stay too which was a nice touch. Nice hot water. Only wish was that they had laundry detergent & an iron that usually other air bnbs do have but nonetheless sweet host & felt safe staying here as a woman

Alex is a gracious host and his apartment is beautiful. The place is beautiful and the building is extremely safe! The restaurants nearby are great and there’s so much in the area. I would recommend to take the correct elevator when first arriving, I’ll blame my let lag because the instructions are perfect! I’ll definitely be booking this place in the future! Thank you Alex!
