We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

The apartment was very nice and we enjoyed the time there. Everything was clean and you are close to all the main places thanks to the location of the apartment.

Fab studio apartment in a perfect location, close to everything. The terrace is a great spot to relax and take in the sounds of the street below, but as soon as you close the doors, it’s completely quiet inside. It was unusually hot for June when we visited, but the air conditioning kept the apartment really comfortable and cool. Carlos was quick to respond and very helpful. A great place to stay!

Raquel explained everything very well, very kind, we had no problems. El apartamento para dos es perfec. Very nice and very cozy. Everything was very clean and tidy. The shower is very large, super comfortable.

This apartment was a true oasis during my move. I needed to stay a few days in a quiet place and this place really exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the beach, and the tranquility of the urbanization allowed me to relax in a time of high stress next to my b***h, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. The development is very safe, with private parking and was happy to sleep at night. No parties or noise from neighbors. The flat is beautiful, very well decorated, with great views of the sea, super clean and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Communication with José Carlos and Marta was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. I 100% recommend this place!

The stay was great! Communication with Rocío is very easy and agile. The location is excellent, right at the liveliest point of Alicante's Old Town. It's close to the beach and has all the necessary amenities.

Peaceful and tidy apartment with a top location right on the beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, you may not need a car.

Apartment exactly as described. Spotless and clean. Everything you need for your stay. Was in lovely gated complex with excellent pool and sunbeds. Beach across road,with 4 beach bars! In a quiet neighbourhood with 20 or so bars/ restaurants within 25 mins walk. The bus to Alicante city,Santa Pola,Gran Alicant, Airport just out on road. The host Ruben is just amazing...he meets you at the gate,checks you in,and even took us to the 3 large supermarkets for heavy shopping! We had small problems, and he sorted them out within the hour. This service means a lot that he is available to reach easy. We were so relaxed it was hard to leave, but we will be back for sure. 100% recommend.

Absolutely amazing flat and pool, beach is only a 2 mins walk away. Nice restaurant and a few touristy shops around. Would definitely stay again :)

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Thank you, Natalia—we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Fantastic apartment right on the beach of San Juan! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and great for a couple with one child. With more people, however, the apartment would quickly become too small. Otherwise, 100% recommendation and the hostess was fantastically nice to us and very flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment perfectly matched the description. It was very well located so you could go anywhere on foot (downtown, beach). The terrace is a plus because it is very oriented, in general a very nice apartment, with the perfect amenities (2 bathrooms) and I insist, super clean which gives a lot of confidence. Thank you!
