Wonderful stay, Thiago and Mariuza (Host) super attentive, responded promptly. The apartment is wonderful, complete, has absolutely everything, towels, dryer, all imaginable kitchen items. We feel welcomed and were amazed by the perfect view. I only get compliments, everyone in the family loved it.

I traveled to Itapoá with my mother and my two dogs and Rafael's accommodation was perfect for us! It was easy to find and get to the place and even though the street was not paved, we had no problem with access, even on rainy days. The house is great, it is in a quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the waterfront, just 2 blocks, and the beach in the area is quiet, with lifeguard stations. My dogs loved the lawn and the pool was impeccably clean! Rafael and Tati were very nice and welcomed us with great affection, cookies and cold juice! The house has air-conditioning and the balcony has great fans. The screens on the windows and doors are certainly one of the best features of the house as we did not have to worry about insects. I needed to work during the stay and the Internet is great, it worked even during a heavy rain we had one night. It was a perfect day of rest, we will definitely be back!

The house of the birds is charming! It exceeded expectations. It's very big. Many rooms, beds, bathrooms, dishes, fans...There is everything in the house, nothing was missing. Impeccable organization and cleanliness. The outdoor space is sensational. Lots of space. Nature, playground for children, space to play football, cards, barbecue with pool table, foosball, ping pong. The kids took the bikes and really enjoyed the space. It's a lot, really, even hard to describe. Family atmosphere, too comfortable. Toys for children inside the house in a chest. The urge to stay there longer was great... The kids didn't want to leave. The location is great. Easy to walk to the beach and everything nearby. Quiet and quiet place. Lots of peace. The owner, Mr. Altevir, is very attentive and polite, always. Congratulations on such great organization. We will definitely return more often!

An amazing experience from start to finish! The location is excellent, the house is a few meters from a quiet beach, perfect for those looking to relax and stay away from the hustle and bustle. The street is well lit, the neighborhood is quiet and, at night, with the silence, you can hear the sea. The reception was a show in itself. Rosa and José, who welcomed us, are amazing people, very polite and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and pizzerias. Meeting them on the walks we took down the street with Sunny was always a great opportunity for a chat. We keep them in our hearts. The house is very cozy, exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen is complete and organized, the living room is spacious, has good ventilation and the outdoor space for a barbecue and conversation is very cozy. The wifi worked very well. Equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and even some toys to use in the sand with the kids. We had a great time and miss it!

The house is very nice and is just a few steps from the sea! You can sleep to sleep hearing the sound of the waves... a delight! Maria Angela was super attentive to us and we had a delicious stay! I indicate the house for those who want to go with friends or with family and want to stay beeemm close to the sea!

Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!

Excellent property, exactly as described. Impeccable attention from the hostess Nice, responding quickly to all questions and requests for support. The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
