Vacation rentals with beach access in Guarapari

It was very quiet days and nights and I was able to enjoy the best that Meaípe beach has to offer. Antônio was amazing, he left everything very clean and tidy so that I could rest and was also extremely attentive to my questions about the place, as well as a very helpful host to help me have the best experience possible, especially regarding my checkout. I definitely want to come back more often!!!!

It was the first time using the air bnb service and the reception I had during this stay captivated me a lot. I will return to the place more often just for the service, not to mention that it was more than I expected. It really felt like home. Thank you very much Andressa.

Great apartment, very well equipped and clean. It even has a children's kit (plate, cutlery and plastic cup) in the kitchen, which helped a lot with my young son. The building is located at the beginning of the beach where there is less movement on the beach, but close enough to restaurants and bars. Because it is on the seventh floor, the apartment is quiet and great to rest. The view is breathtaking. Arthur was very polite and flexible about our check-in when he said we'd arrive earlier. Guarapari surprised us with the cleanliness and renovation of the waterfront, we will undoubtedly return more often.

Apartment with great location. Good restaurants nearby. Very good for those with mobility issues due to the proximity to downtown Guarapari. Photos match the location. Every Friday there is live music in the square in front of the building, and it is possible to watch it even from the balcony. The beaches of Castanheira, Namorados, Virtudes and Areia Preta are very close, within a 1-km radius. It was very worth it. I recommend it!!! We'll be back soon. Luciano was an excellent Host. I was recently hosted in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and a stunning ocean view. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent barbecue area, and the living area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unmatched! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. In addition, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore the local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleanliness**: The loft was impeccably clean and very well maintained.

This is the second year we've rented Rafael's apartment and we've always been very well received by him. Everything perfect, clean and organized. Congratulations. We will be back next year, God willing.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

This was the first time I've stayed in a container, and I found the experience wonderful. Although it is compact, it is very cozy. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, you can see the sea and the lagoon. The yard is large, all walled, my dog had a lot of fun with so much space. Super recommend!!!

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
